Tartarus was no longer merely sinking; it was in a terrifying, uncontrolled freefall toward the Earth's mantle. The ambient temperature in the room spiked violently as the station drew closer to the exposed magma vent below, turning the knee-deep ocean water into a swirling, steaming cauldron. Dante leaned heavily against a tilted server rack, his body still trembling from the violent expulsion of Project Ouroboros. Nulzar, Illumi and the other inheritors grouped together behind Edith, peering at me. “Before I announce my arrival to the moon goddess, I need to restore myself, gain back my mana from the land where I was born and the land that I once ruled. I need to enter the real world and reclaim my throne. I also want one more drop of soul ink to open the door. Who will sacrifice for me?” He sang, turning towards them. Edith gingerly stepped closer to him. “M-My lord… we have already done that for you…” she looked at a wizard and he proffered the ink and quill before fae lord. “All we need to do is create the passage pattern with them and the passage to the real world opens up.”

Parisa stayed in the confines of the palace, with Blaze and Cerberus by her side. Hades had willed his tortured demons away, knowing many could not stomach their horrible appearance. The stink alone was making me choke on my spit.

she reminds me. "I would do it all again, a million times over, to bring us to where we are today." I admit, thinking back to the horrified look on Zeus's face as he fell from Olympus. After a couple months of hiding within Hera's safe house, we pulled together some other allies to help us defeat Zeus. The task was much harder then anticipated and a full-on war soon became of it. Thankfully, in the end, we were victorious. Zeus fell from Olympus and went straight down to Tartarus where he reunited with his brother, Hades, who had been there by none other then his son, Hayden.
