Alessia's POV I have read the book. It was a typical old storybook that sounded very English and Greek. I cringe a little because what I'm reading sounds like Julius Caesar. It talks about Greek gods, especially Poseidon since Homer's journey travels the seas. I feel like I'm getting a headache reading it because it's a story but the writing is poetic. But I understand because the ancient people were poets. I am too used to reading normal English novels. I just focused my attention on the book because there was nothing else to read there besides this. Even though I'm not used to reading like this, I'm just patient because it makes me sleepy.

I let out a low moan and forced my eyelids open so that I could see Achilles' and Perseus' faces. There's some pressure on my chest, could someone be doing first aid on me? "That's it, good girl," Perseus whispered as he ran his hand over my face. There's an aura around him, as if the light is trapped and makes him brighter. She picked it up (messing up her hair), and then looked up to see if the girl would apologize. But she was nowhere to be seen, having already moved on in the swarm. She did hear laughter, but couldn’t tell if it was directed at her. She clutched her journal, the one thing that grounded her. It had been with her everywhere. She kept notes and drawings in every place she went. It was a roadmap of her childhood.
