Porcius wiped his blade clean on the deerskin kilt of the dead Pict. “And is scares your innards all to hades? Wonderful as a dead dog. And you are from here.” Porcius laughed once, but held no humor in his manner. “Wondrous, indeed.”
Lucius glared at Porcius with intensity. “Would you ever want to face one of your famous oracles in Greece?”
With a reflective nod and a belch, Porcius headed out of the woods. “Ya got me there. I’d stay away from the shadows of those folks for true.”
