Panic washed over her as the realization set in. “No, you shouldn't have come,” she said, a tremor in her voice as worry tightened in her chest for Xavier's safety. However, Xavier thought otherwise, he believed that Reina despised him so deeply that she would have preferred to endure her predicament alone rather than accept his help.
