“We should see if she’s awake.” Kat can hear the shuffling of feet and she quickly scrambles towards the back of the door. She holds her breath and waits. The footsteps are getting closer and closer. She raises her hands as the key rattles in the door… “Woof! Woof!” Suddenly a dog leaps out of the bushes and attacks one of the men. The man named Charlie whimpers and is gnawed at by the dog while his partner is confused. Freddie takes out his gun and points at the dog but someone tackles him to the ground.

They look lively and great. “You're going home tomorrow, Pooh. You okay now, baby? ” I inserted my hand into his cage and stroked his head. He closed his eyes. Pooh seemed to enjoy it. So cute! This is why I love dogs. I was about to pet the others when I heard the chimes. I immediately went out of the infirmary. In front of my table is a man with a nice body built. He was wearing a black t-shirt and faded jeans and he’s still wearing sunglasses. Obviously rich. He was carrying a shi tzu in his arm.

Adrian finally let go of the man and sat up straight on the soft bed. "Where is the dog?" Jonathan asked. Adrian looked around the room but didn't find the dog anywhere, he had only stood back on his feet when the half-closed door pushed open and in walked Billy with the bunch of flowers Adrian had bought for the sick man. He's forgotten it in the car after having been woken up from that embarrassing dream. Billy came forward and gave the flower to Jonathan who took it with a smile and a kiss on the dog's fur. Billy whimpered gratefully before jumping on the bed and taking his place alongside Adrian. "How did this happen?" The man asked. "I got the job to pet-sit, Billy here!" Adrian proudly

"Do you guys want to see the puppies I have? I'm giving them away, their mother died due to giving birth" "Aww! Poor babies what breed are they?" Wyatt asked. "They're huskies, they're new born" the man said walking towards the suv, Wyatt following right after but was stopped by Alanna. “Show us the puppies first" Alanna said. The man smirked under the mask, and opened the door. And there it was, a man holding a husky and behind him was a box filled with them about 5 or 4. Wyatt let out a squeal approaching the car. "how much? I'll buy all of them!".

“Me too, so tell me reason you look like this.” The man tiredly sighed. “I was initially at home getting as much sleep a I could get since today was my day off, but when I saw your ping I immediately had to hurry here.” Rosella suspiciously raised a brow. “But why? It's not like you know me..” The man nervously scratched his nape. “It's quite embarrassing but.. I hardly get pings from girls, mostly because I added dogs as my favourite pet and I think girls have a phobia for them and well because..”

he answers, immediately crouching down and petting the dog like this is his small way of telling me I shouldn’t be asking any more questions. A small smile tugs my lips as I stare at the man. He’s so big and brooding, but is always afraid of answering my questions, and sometimes even looking me in the eye. And I can tell it’s not because he doesn’t want to tell the truth, but because he’s afraid of my reaction to it. Translation: He’s afraid of me. “You did good, baby,” he tells the dog, petting her aggressively as she licks his face. “But you have to be more attentive, Joy. You almost lost your mommy there.”

Such a perfect prey whom I had waited for so long, and it was gone before I had yet to relish the thrill of the catch. This wouldn't do… Fortunately, he showed up again on the fourth day, but this time, he stood before me in broad daylight. He wasn't wearing his cap or face mask, and his sunken, pale cheeks belonged to Zac Lopez, my superior. The man's face remained mostly hidden, but the outline, the height, the build, the subtle tilt of his head, sparked a memory Pete hadn't accessed in years. Petra's uncle. He took another step, then another, crossing the edge of the street, his focus locked entirely on the figure ahead. "Hey!" he called out. The man turned slightly, just enough for Pete to be certain now. That was not a stranger standing there.

Addy sighs, “yes he did and that idiot is my boyfriend, what did you come here for?” Manuel sighs “not for long!” He coughed out, “I’m here because apparently I need a new business manager, you came out on top your class. So I’m offering you a job. I’ll give you a couple days to think about it. Text me..” with that he was already walking away, “make sure you close the gate, the dogs will get out.” He says to his man in the back. “Yes sir.” The man licks the gate, “have a good evening ma’am!” He yells back, once in the SUV you could hear Manuel bitch, “we arent here so we can Lollygag! This is business, so leave her alone in my time!” Watching the SUV take off, seeing jimmy pull up she smiles

The two dropped her roughly and she felt pain on her knees as she cowered by the boxes, trying to make herself small as possible. “You’re no match for us, old man!” The man named Pete scoffed and he automatically transformed himself into a wolf. Amarah watched as the other man turned into a dark brown wolf like Pete and they immediately flanked their leader on each side. Their leader is a dark gray wolf with streaks of black all over. This can’t be real! She thought fearfully.
