Dylan paused for a moment, and he nodded at him. "Are you going on a trip?" The boy seemed bored and asked. Dylan replied, "Yes, and you?" "I'm looking for an acquaintance." The young man smiled gently and said: "My name is Danny, nice to meet you!" Dylan looked at his tired smile and subconsciously said: "I'm Dylan, nice to meet you too!" After the greeting ended, the atmosphere between the two became highly dull. Dylan dropped his eyes; he wasn't open, and Danny didn't seem to want to talk at all. So, he and Danny sat silently beside each other during the flight.

I think it was only Raven who could take his brute strength. And, that was saying something considering Danny had gotten stronger in the last couple of years. At his tender age of 24, Danny was already very big, his tanned physique was very muscular. His blonde hair, that used to flop into his eyes, was now brushed back. He was twenty, maybe twenty-one. Scrawny. And very nervous. This was the kid who’d let Rylan escape a week ago. “Come here,” I said. Danny approached like he was walking to the gallows. His hands were shaking. I let the silence stretch, watching him squirm. Then I smiled. “Good work.”

My assumptions were right. I really wish Damien can find another girl, a decent and lovely girl. I wouldn't mind if she is from China or India, all I wanted is for my son to be in safe hands and Vivian that I know is a sorry case. My phone rang again. It was Danny. Darius could see his oesophagus squirm in the saliva. "Don't tell me you are hungry," he melt out those words. Danny let out a smile, "come off it, man… I am not a monger… I just need some more food right in my belly. You know, to fill this almost full stomach of mine," he said. Darius couldn't believe his ear. When he started talking, he thought he would resort to something hopeful, but his last words made him speechless. "Why are you looking at me like that?" Danny said.

“Okay, I get that. By why aren’t we all going in? A trap for a trap.” “Because they’re in Nashville and I have like two hours to get there,” Dannie replied then cut her off when she started to speak. “I think I can somehow teleport or at least, that’s what I’m getting from Voss, the deabru leader.” “So what is it you want me to do?” “You’re my plan B,” Dannie replied. “If I manage to actually teleport or whatever, leave and don’t come back, I need you to tell Mom and Dad what happened.”
