I haven't given it out to anybody so no one can call me. Who could this caller be?

I hung up on him. I called the number but nobody answered it. I kept calling over and over again but the call went to voicemail after the full ring every single time. I went to the lab and tried the same number from my office landline and again, no one attended the call. So this person avoids any call, which made me erase my idea that this person knew my number already. Why would he want a number when he chooses to not answer any calls?

I guessed that he was calling to urge me to apologize to Doris in the group chat again. I did not want to answer the call, but the phone rang over and over, as Luke called me over seven times. I was still in the pack cleaning up work, so he called the phone there and the phone was brought to me. "Alpha Luke’s on the line. Seems urgent," the guard said, handing me the phone. I took in a deep breath and reluctantly answered the call. "What is it?" I asked coldly. The moment I picked up the call, Luke's angry voice scolded me over the phone. Someone would have thought I was a servant taking orders.

Although it would help me get out of here really fast, I didn’t want anything to end dirty. It was just seconds when I received a message from an unknown number. Save this number then. I sighed and shook my head but I saved his personal number. I didn’t have to reply or text him because I know that he will be the one doing those things.

The only number you are allowed to call with this phone is your parents' number and the number of our boss here. We won't tolerate it if you end up calling someone else with this phone, except both of your parents. The man said while Cecelia just nodded her head, as a means of understanding.

Call a helicopter right now! I did not get angry. I simply laughed. Then I reached over and pressed the end call button. I went into my system settings and blocked every single contact number associated with them. After that, anyone who tried calling me back would hear nothing but the sound of a dead line.

Jakob's POV. I tapped my feet on the ground in anger as my smartphone kept on ringing. No one had the right to call besides all my exes. I should do away with this number and switch to my official line since I hadn't done off them in my life anymore. I looked at the ID and realized that it was an unknown number. Okay... Probably a business call?

I groan as soon as my phone starts to ring again, blaming myself for not putting the phone on flight mood after I blocked my G mamas call as reinforcement for my peace of mind and my beauty sleep, as I pick up the phone to see who is calling me. I contemplate picking the call as soon as I see that the call is from an unregistered number, but I decide against it because lately, I have started picking unregistered numbers because of the nature of my job and I don’t want to ignore an important call that is likely to be helpful to Mr. Kings after everything that I have done to him.
