On the computer screen appeared photographs of Yukio and his partner Ankit during their trip to Hokkaido. Some innocent shots of the two at the convention, others not so innocent. Each photo indicated the date and time it was taken. Jina Sotomayor carefully studied them and smiled mischievously. It was just a matter of waiting for the right moment.

She scrolls through while reading their names. “Bitan… Furuōgi… Rokurokubi… no wait maybe it’s in the other folder.” She says and switches to the other folder to search for it. “Here it is!” she says while comparing the photo of a Tako nyūdō to the tentacle monster that they had encountered. [Author’s Note: Tako nyūdō is an octopus like yokai which is quite similar to the one they encountered… The octopus is a direct translation for Tako. I don’t know what the other thing means to be honest.]

Her ears were pointy like an elf and when she smiled, the tips of two tiny white fangs protruded. Her hair was a blend of different colours, blue, green, gold and ginger. The ghost of a smile lifted Henry's lips as he accessed her. "You haven't changed one bit Shota." Shota laughed and hugged him lightly. "Neither have you, Henry. You do look more heartless and cruel."

One could see enough detail to recognize the woman in the picture unmistakenly. But that didn't seem to be enough for shiro. Aito quickly closed the door and plopped back on a chair with TJ who was busy munching on a chocolate cookie. Chief Inspector Todou watched Aito suspiciously. A red-haired guy was smiling, holding up a beer with his arm slung across Hibiki’s shoulders.

Only then did Melody realize they were standing in front of a vast garden filled with various flowers. "This is Luna Vanesa's garden," Shouta exclaimed, unable to tear his gaze away from Melody's beautiful face, now beaming with delight. "Whoa, it's so beautiful! I gotta snap some pics to send to Elara!" Melody happily snapped a photo, unintentionally including Shouta in one of the shots she took. As the sun began to set, its orange glow cast upon Shouta's brown hair. Melody's fingers moved instinctively, capturing the breathtaking image of Shouta in her eyes.
