AVA’s POV I shook my head and pinched myself hard on the cheeks. Am I dreaming? Is my mate really a half-witch? Well, kind of like a sorcerer because women are called witches. But what the hell? How? “Incredible,” the white-haired sorcerer whispered in disbelief as he stared curiously at Hunter. “You will not touch her,” he warned and growled menacingly. The sorcerer, who I believe is named Zane, tilted his head and looked rather cold and furious. The sparkle in his eyes that hinted his curiosity was no longer there.

These pirates often roamed the sea and relied on their skills for killing and looting. They indeed possessed a fierce aura. Many of them had calluses on their hands, bulging temples, and moved like the wind. They were all seasoned fighters. However, they were no match for Andrius at all.

He could attack his opponent six times within a second, enough to kill many sword-fighting champions.

Backed into a corner and angered by the fear he had displayed while Kirou had killed his crew, the pirate captain decided to unsheath his weapon and attack Kirou. The pirate captain tried slashing at Kirou, only for his saber to be caught in Kirou's hand. As if to retaliate to the failed attack, Kirou used his other hand to punch the pirate captain, sending him a few feet to the left.

Hunter stated. “All of these are going to end in death, darling.” I reminded him. “Ooh, I get to go next!” Zeke said in excitement. “The loudest pirate was Morton ‘Devil’s Charm’ Tyde he lived dangerously and was always ready to die. He loved causing trouble and starting fights; he'd spook the crew when they’d turn off the lights. He laughed much too loud and always made jokes. He was never quiet whenever he spoke. He welcomed death daily and just didn’t care, until his head was chopped off and flew through the air. Now he hold head in his hands and makes himself laugh, while his body tap dances on his head’s behalf.”
