Tidal Souls

Tidal Souls

And what had they achieved since running away? Divisiveness and discord. Generations later, the vibrio was still a disorganized nomadic clan with no vision. And they'd made mistakes over the centuries. The sirens who lured sailors to their deaths were all vibrio bitches. Kalder's bloodthirsty ancestors were underwater pirates who took advantage of humans. And he wasn't much different. Except he also took advantage of weak pod members who craved escape. His narcotics line had made him a wealthy man and catered to the bored Merfolk who ventured upon the land.

His Lordship Alexander Kane

His Lordship Alexander Kane

With Eagle by his side, they dragged her up to the deck, shouting to the others, "Arm up, boys! Don't be scared, we've got ourselves a bargaining chip!" The whole boat erupted into chaos as every last crook. Cooks, laborers, and sailors rushed to the deck, ready for a showdown. Over 20 men, all loyal to Briscoe, charged onto the deck in a frenzied rush, brandishing guns and machetes. They were the epitome of outlaws. Under Briscoe, they committed acts of murder, arson, smuggling, kidnapping, and trafficking—each one a pirate who laughed in the face of death.

I was hooked in reading this book. But why the sudden ending? It doesn’t make any sense. Still have alot of loose endings what happened to black maple master? The jade pendants? This is pure money making stint.

The Kind Villain: A Legend of Woof-Woof

The Kind Villain: A Legend of Woof-Woof

"They do whatever pleases them. Their mess is not my responsibility. Just go ahead and kill them or report them to the knights. Make sure you play with death very well." Ophelia suggests that "Why won't you command your pirate minions? You're the captain of the ship." "Pirate?" "Dad, what's a pirate?" "I don't do free favors." He shrugs. "It's not a— Alright." I calmed myself a bit. "Perhaps it's the compensation for the fray I had done. What do you want?" "Ten million gold!" "You just got a whole treasure, greedy," Ophelia says. "I cannot afford that. You won't mind if I report your pirate minions for the knights to capture them?"

The Villain

"But I was." "Why!" he yelled, losing control for a moment. "They are dangerous! The things they've done, Morgan. They've looted and pillaged hundreds of towns in my pack. They've hurt too many people, my people!" I heard the betrayal in his tone and I flinched. His mate, his other half was aiding his enemy. Of course, he'll see it as a betrayal. But he couldn't see that they were my family, that my loyalty was to them way before he came along. I was not going to choose.

The Ultimate Husband

The Ultimate Husband

"F*ck you! Don't be so stupid, you old geezer! We think highly of you, and that's why we want you to follow us. I'll kill you now if you dare to speak another word." Just then, the desert pirates saw Cici and smiled wickedly. "This little girl looks quite pretty. She can be the maid for our Main Leader's wife. Our Main Leader's wife is as pretty as a goddess. She is the Sea Mackie Clan's princess. It is an honor for you to look after her—" Senior Muller, Cici, and the rest were scared, and no one dared to say a thing. However, Ambrose's eyes blinked. He glared at the desert pirate. "What did you say just now? Who is the wife of your Main Leader?"

The Wrong Woman

The Wrong Woman

Feeling Oliver's hand on her shoulder, she gently pushed his hand away from her. "Don't move," Oliver said under his breath, his tone anxious. Gingerly, Suzanne raised her eyes to look at the pirate who spoke. Just like the other pirates, he wore a mask. He was pacing around as he looked carefully at all of the antiques that were on display. A moment later, he spoke slowly in Dorzanian. "The waters are mine. Everything you have here belongs to me now. Your money, jewelry, and antiques are all mine." He added, "But these aren't that important. What I want is a gram of hydronium. Who has it? Give it to me."

The story between Chubs and Nate got pretty dragging but I can't complaint, since I did end up loving this novel more than I thought I would. Halfway through 1088 chapters, things got more interesting and the ending was pretty good. Thanks for making the stories worth reading.

I really like the book, i've been stuck on it since i've found it .. it's just that the chapters are too short, it's basically a money grab... irritating that you can't read for at least 2-5 mins without having to pay for a new chapter.

The Villain's Last Wish

The Villain's Last Wish

I was truly living the life of a side character, being treated that way by my own brothers. I picked up the pesticide bottle, twisted it open, and poured it straight into my mouth. "What are you doing?!" Charlie screamed in terror, his face turning deathly pale. Even the usually composed Lucas panicked at that moment. "Are you insane? Did you really drink it?" My consciousness grew increasingly hazy, and I thought, 'What's so insane about it?' The original character in that world, Maddison Sherman, was just a villainous side character doomed to die sooner or later anyway. I remembered that the original plot said that she was supposed to die there, but it was by suicide with a knife instead.

I tell him with a smile. “Oh, then I’ll make sure I’m the last one too,” he mutters, making me laugh. “What?” he asks. “You know, I wonder how the other mafia men would react if they saw someone they believe to be one of the most dangerous men in their ranks acting like a true gentleman for an ordinary woman. It would be surprising for them to see such a tough character showing kindness and respect, especially in the world they live in,” I giggle. He lifts his head from my lap and looks deep into my eyes.

Cedric exclaimed. Indrick read about a pirate named Welton ‘The Sour’ Xix, who sounded like a real asshole. Oz read about Bromley ‘Deranged’ Twyllem who clearly had a screw loose. Balkin excitedly told the tale of Rayburn ‘Plankton’ Vossler who was known for eating a lot of seaweed.

I love this book so much. I’m glad I was a beta reader because it’s even better than when I first read it. I love the dynamic between Zelda and her family/people - as well as her dynamic with Penn and Hunter. I can’t wait to keep reading!!

I thought Zelda would only be the funny one. I didn't expect it would be the same with Hunter. The way he was rejected and said that he would tell it to his parents was just hilarious lol. The humor of this book is not something to be missed. This book is a must-read for great entertainment. Awesome
