Lucifer's Redemption

Lucifer's Redemption

she chuckled again, like a hidden secret she was keeping. The dogs stood up, back straight and their large teeth protruding from their maws. They growled, and some barked at the passing angels and people walking by. Many flinched away, but once I came close, the noises stopped. Ready for them to bark, I leaned up against Athena, but they didn’t. They gazed at me, like large over grown puppies. “Hi puppies,” I whispered, yelled to them as Athena led me inside.

Great story, I’m a fan of mythology and this novel has an unique and interesting way of combining folk tales, pagan and Christian beliefs. I loved the story and the outlines of every character and it’s way of redemption/salvation.

SHATTERED AND TEMPTED

SHATTERED AND TEMPTED

“Hey, pookie! Just come out. We won’t hurt you.” Pookie. The word hit me like a spark to gasoline. If "Pookie" wasn't a dog, it could only be… I stepped closer, my heart turning into a heavy stone. “I said leave!” the guy yelled. He flipped out a pocket knife and walked toward me. I didn’t hesitate. As he reached me, my hand shot out. I struck the side of his neck hard. He dropped like a bag of bricks, out cold instantly. The other two freaked. One of them immediately bolted into the dark.

The Day She Stopped Waiting

The Day She Stopped Waiting

A long scraping sound dragged across the wood. Like claws. Everyone froze. Then came the voice. Soft. Cold. Dangerous. "You cannot stop it." Cookie growled. Louder than before. The tiny puppy stood directly in front of the door. Fur raised. Teeth exposed. Then all five puppies joined him. A tiny army. Against whatever waited outside. Then suddenly— the journal flipped pages again. Violently. The paper fluttered. The cover slammed open. Then stopped. Another message appeared. Fresh ink. New words.

10 chapters in and I hope it’s second chance book. I love a good “leaving my shitty husband for a better man” plot but sometimes I love a good “I need to get my wife back” plot as well. Sometimes I want to read about how a relationship was pulled back from the brink and I feel this is goi to be it.

Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted

Mr. Kane Got Blacklisted

It was just a little amusement for the old men, never leading to any actual argument. Stella pulled Keegan lightly, signaling him to say something. Then, Keegan spoke, "Great-grandpa, this is not a furless metal dog. It's an electronic dog." Arthur did not really understand. "So, is it a dog or not?" "Well, sort of." Keegan squatted down and took it out of the suitcase. After a brief setup, he explained what it was to everyone.

Just saw the CH version update. Now I’m starting to get stressed cuz D told J she suspects S is pregnant, and J is getting bad ideas. I hope that K & S move on with everything they need to do QUICKLY and end this already. Sheesh! This is too long.

TO ALL NEW READERS - The story is good however don't waste your time and money. 1. the story is not completed in this platform, it is 100 chapters behind the chinese version 2. we are in 2025, and the CHI version has been slowly updating (1 chap every month, if any!), and no where near the ending!

Grey's Alpha

Grey's Alpha

Mateo I walked on the snowy path that curved upwards to the Castel. Jellyfish, one of the more friendly Granuben hounds, bowed and wagged her black shaggy tail at me. I stopped to pet her on the head, and she growled happily. She sniffed at my vellum sketchbook and sank her massive jaws into the cover. “Argh! No! Bad dog! Let go,” I told her firmly. She released the book in dejection, and I grimaced as I wiped off the drool from the cover.

The pocket

The pocket

We spoke in hushed tones, avoiding unnecessary exertion, conserving our precious energy. The encounter with a pack of mutated dogs was a near-death experience. Their eyes, glowing red in the gloom, held no trace of the domestic animals they may have once been. They moved with unnatural speed and ferocity, their bodies warped and misshapen by radiation. We fought them off with our makeshift weapons—rusty pipes and repurposed tools. It was a violent and terrifying struggle; the air filled with snarls, growls, and the clash of metal against bone. The fight left us bruised and battered but alive. We managed to fend them off, our combined effort proving stronger than the pack's feral hunger. But

White Wolf

White Wolf

They rarely get close to the edge of the forest, where humans live. The dog was very obedient and followed behind the owner, but the dog's hunch forced him to turn his head to look at the bush again. The girl with the sexy body stepped out of the bush, and all around was the darkness. She doesn't have a piece of cloth on her. The white hair is up to shoulder length, but even more special is the pointed white ears. The dog went from a state of vigilance to a normal state of docility, as if it had learned something from the girl.
