Reborn Through Fire

Reborn Through Fire

Andrew tugged at the corner of her coat and whispered, "Grandma, don't cry, or they will be upset." "Ya, Grandma. We will behave ourselves. Don't you cry." Madalyn stroked their heads, looked at the photos on the tombstones, and said, "They are your grandparents." "Grandparents?" Confusion filled Andrew's little face. "They are our grandparents? Why did Daddy never mention them to us?" Ada asked in puzzlement.

if you are new reader to this novel, don't start. waste of time, author has no intention to conclude. even after all mysteries & conflict solved, they create new problems so the story never ends. gave 5* so this review won't be pushed behind

author drags it too long. however, with all these happenings now, neverending failure of kisa, I hope author just make kisa die in the end, so Gilbert and Jensen will live suffering with regret. really,i hope kisa die with the baby, then it'll be worth it to read all these messy chapters. satisfyin

My wife is a sassy Queen

My wife is a sassy Queen

She sipped a drink and continued. “Grandpa used to love Grandma so much. Even when they were that old, I remember seeing them stealing kisses and always glued to each other. His eyes would light up on seeing Grandma, and she was the same. I did not understand it back then, but it always stuck with me because their equation was very different from that between my mother and father.” She had a faraway look on her face as she remembered her grandparents. She shook her head and added. “And one time, I remember, someone had tried to steal from his company or something. He already knew it but played along and exposed him when there was no turning back. A lot was going on at that time. I did not un

From Dusk till Dawn!

Grandpa Song whispered. Grandpa Tang smiled mockingly, "You are but a sickly old man. You will end up as a patty if you try to go between them." "Who are you calling a sickly old man?" "You, of course," Grandpa Tang stroked his beard, "I'm still in the prime of my youth." "You..."

The Outcast Luna Becomes The Lycan Queen

The Outcast Luna Becomes The Lycan Queen

His old habit of optimism was a reflex, always searching for the crack where light could slip through. "What he wants is clear as the water of our majestic lakes," I said. The word felt like lead on my tongue. "He comes for me. For the throne. For everything I am supposed to inherit. He will use fear and hatred to divide us, even if it means burning everything and stepping into the void. He would take whatever remains, even if it is ashes." My Grandpa's lips trembled. For him, words failed entirely, swallowed by a grief that had been waiting decades to bloom again.

“Daddy, Will You Ever Love Me?”

“Daddy, Will You Ever Love Me?”

"Britt, I can't believe how far we've come since you've been here. You have changed my life dramatically and as I've said before, I still love your grandmother, but I think you are pulling up even with the love I share with you. In my wildest dreams I never would have imagined I could fall in love with another woman like I did with Maggie. But here we are, together and I have to tell you Britt, I am head over heels in love with you. You have brightened my life after such a crisis. You are so much like your grandmother, I'm ... I'm ... aww ... I don't know how to describe it." "Grandpa, I might be young, but I have to tell you, my feelings for you are so strong, your love has taken me by stor

Married at First Sight

Married at First Sight

As Zachary’s grandparents were the ones who raised him, he was the closest to the two of them. Zachary walked over to bring Grandma May to the dining table and seated her. He said with a smile, “Do I look like the younger version of Gramps? When I have a child in the future, I’ll be a stern father. Once I become a grandfather and retire, I can enjoy a peaceful and carefree life with my grandchildren. I’ll love them too.” When one became a grandparent and grew old, their temper would improve. Moreover, people nowadays would not give birth to many children. A lot of families had only one child, and the elderly would love the child very much.

She will think she is too old for it and I will be left missing these moments. “Alright, husband. I think you promised me a night of passion.” “And I plan on making good on my word.” Katie “Na Na!” “Lord, it has been almost a year and a half and I am still not used to being a grandmother,” my mother says and my dad laughs. “You are telling me. I am a great grandfather,” Grandpa says to her and she laughs. “Yeah but you look it, old man. The misses and I are too young to be grandparents.” My dad tells him and grandpa laughs.

From criminal to CEO's wife

From criminal to CEO's wife

That afternoon, I took my original English books to my grandfather and asked him to read Shakespeare to me in a pure English accent, and my grandfather's thick accent was especially pleasing to the ear. "Grandfather, read me Shakespeare." I reached out and nudged my grandfather, who was napping in his recliner, but no matter what, I could no longer wake up his old man. Grandfather was gone, peacefully, in his sleep, on the same spring afternoon, under the garden tree, in the same recliner where Grandmother had died, just as Grandmother had that year. Grandfather's hand, pinching the pocket watch, pocket watch, is the grandmother's photo, the photo, grandmother gentle smile, recliner, grandfa

At Break Time

At Break Time

He replied, emphatically, as if it were obvious " But with the tip turned and the holes facing upwards, see if you can! “Oh, that's it. But what's up, grandpa? ' asked a cousin, looking forward to the final act. Then he would straighten up in his chair, in that posture of a patriarch laden with wisdom, run his finger over each end of his mustache, letting a subtle smile escape in the corner, and answer. "And then the rain fell and the beast drowned! Drowned!" *** This poem, on the other hand, was born in a matter of five minutes, when a guy I met at a fifteen-year-old party broke up with me via SMS. At the time, it was a frill. Today, I just laugh at the situation.

In a short period of life You are adored and loved Every eye admires you For one full moon The first thirty day In one revolution Until you become one With the land of your origin The frown on Alfonso’s face became evident as he read the text. “Grandfather also loved poetry?” “Grandpa was an art enthusiast. I think it includes poetry. But what made me more confused was I found this paper between the pages of one of his book, on the bookshelf. It means Grandpa wanted us to return to this house after travelling to Palma,” she informed.
