Iridian

Iridian

That the golden-haired princess strolling into the throne room, through the crowd that scrambled to part for her, was nothing more than another royal. Nadia had always been beautiful, that much I could admit. She was the siren the old poets wrote about, the sea-witch sailors would sing to as they sunk to their deaths. Though she still held that angelic beauty, there was something unsettling about it. The more I stared, the more I began to see.

hello the novel is good. A 2014 interview of Kim Chiu and Kris Aquino on Kris TV went viral on social media in 2020, and resurfaced as a meme this 2021 The now-defunct ABS-CBN talk show showed Kris repeatedly asking “Because?” after Kim’s every answer, which she couldn't finish because she was cry

Absolutely loving this book and I 100% understand its not the only one being done but just wondering if there gonna be more consistency with updates? I flew through it, and now it seems like its taking ages just for 1 chapter and then waiting another while for another one. ADORING THE STORY THOUGH!!

A Sorceress Struggle

A Sorceress Struggle

that I have provoked not that long ago… By the way, the princess was one of those that bathed in the bird’s “heavenly rain”… if I recall she fainted the moment it led on her head, that sure was quite the sight to see (chuckle). This salon is probably to bury that “horrible” memory and show people that the princess is dignified and that she will honor one of her titles as the “The Princess in the garden”. After all… she does have access to “that” power… just like me.

The Princess and her Guard

The Princess and her Guard

he let out a groan “you are going to haunt every one of my dreams” “And you mine,” she said in a quiet voice “Is that allowed between a Princess and a guard” “Only if I want to get myself killed” Jay said “Oh” was her only reply “Should I um, get up?” “Only if you want to” “Then No,” and she snuggled in closer Jay groaned, “Princess” he warned “she let out a little giggle and moved on his lap again” “Careful, I can only take so much, I might even welcome losing my head”

The First of My Kind

The First of My Kind

Although it would have been nice if I had siblings too, but I was already a miracle and a curse, I would never bring my siblings into this chaotic life, I'm barely surviving. The room was huge, the bed even more. The walls were mesmerizing, at a touch I had gotten to re-live history, how the eldest daughter of the King spent most of her time here, writing poems on the walls, one in particular caught my attention. Thine eyes shimmered like the sun I look at thee and see the beauty of thy man Castles and castles, I visit Yet no other could compare to Prince Basset. These were how love was made on those years, poems and letters and pure agony of waiting but the princess and the prince had a goo

PRETEND PRINCESS

PRETEND PRINCESS

"You borrowed my style." "Excuse me?" She removed her sunglasses. "This is my turf." Oh. Okay. "I didn't get the memo," I said, raising a brow. "You got a patent on white boots and genderfluid glammery?" She smiled. "You're spunky. I like it. But behave yourself, Snow Princess." I winked at her. "I dance like I tread. Unstable and fierce." She snorted. "Touché." And then she turned away, her perfume behind her like judgment and roses.

This book is really interesting and I'm waiting for more updates. Yuyu really is a walking colour disaster sometimes but I love it. Both Creed and Yuyu should sort out their messy relationship before getting together. I can already sense the tension though. Good job author and success to this book

The Rule

The Rule

“They say he walks like a lion but speaks like a sage.” “I heard the moon dims itself out of envy.” “Do you know what they said in Kesariya? That his eyes alone can undo a woman.” “He is carved by the gods, surely.” Among the glittering assembly, princesses from bordering kingdoms adjusted their pleats and posture. Some batted lashes, others recited lines they had thought of in advance, all hoping for one glance. Even the noblewomen and daughters alike, painted their lips in silence, willing fate to find them.

Demon's Evolution

the chorus repeated, a wave of sound that threatened to drown out the delicate whisper of the wind through the leaves. A hush fell over the assembled nobles as the Princess entered the garden, her presence commanding instant respect. With a collective nod and a dip of their heads, they acknowledged his arrival, their hands clasped in a gesture of deference. “First of all, I must thank you all for coming,” Princess Ladia said, her voice a gentle melody that belied the gravity of the situation. A radiant smile, almost angelic in its beauty, graced her lips. “I am sure you are all aware of the precarious situation facing our empire.”

The Princess' Golden Cage

The Princess' Golden Cage

The more I heard his words about the war, the more I wanted it to end, but unfortunately, I had no idea how to make it happen. There were still soldiers who were loyal to their girlfriends, and I never admitted it out loud, but I was truly envious of these unknown girls because I could see the passionate looks their respective boyfriends had when they talked about them, and I never had anyone who were genuinely interested in me. I have always been disputed for being Her Royal Highness Caroline Andermier the Princess of Tresoria, and never for being simply Caroline, or even Olivia Mason, the petite anonymous maid.

Restoring Prestoria #1

Restoring Prestoria #1

She was comparing the picture of her working in the barn back in Tyle forest to the girl sitting in a golden chair being taken care of by women older than her. She felt special but she promised herself to never get proud. She hated proud girls and she would walk away from being a proud brat. Not all royalty had to be proud; not all. “Thank you. I will take it from here,” Angela said as the maids bowed before the legendary princess and excused themselves. She sighed, looking at the mirror when a song entered her head. Though day and night might be a curse, And summer and winter might become a cross, You should know that inside your heart,

The Princess and The Apprentice

The Princess and The Apprentice

A few minutes later a young women walked in. She had almost white hair it was so light blonde. Her eyes were a fascinating blue-violet. She walked to stand in front of The Royal Couple. With an elegant curtsey she greeted them all. " Your Majesty, Your Highness. Beloved Princess and honoured guests. On behalf of my parents and rulers of Denmark. I would like to thank you for your hospitality in welcoming us to your magnificent home." She said in a soft way that spoke of proper education and upbringing.

Frequently Asked Questions

The 'Princess' book series is penned by the incredibly talented Gail Carson Levine, who has a knack for weaving fairy tales with modern twists. Her most famous work from the series is probably 'Ella Enchanted,' which flips the Cinderella trope on its head with a protagonist cursed with obedience. Levine's writing is so vivid and playful—it feels like she’s whispering secrets to you through the pages. I adore how she gives her heroines agency, making them more than just damsels in distress. Her books were my gateway into fractured fairy tales, and I still revisit them for their warmth and wit.

Levine’s other works in the series, like 'The Princess Test' or 'The Fairy’s Mistake,' are equally charming, packed with humor and heart. What stands out is her ability to balance whimsy with deeper themes—like self-determination and courage—without ever feeling preachy. If you haven’t read her stuff yet, you’re missing out on some of the most inventive retellings out there. The way she reimagines classic tropes makes her a standout in children’s literature, and honestly, her books are a joy for readers of all ages.
