Captured by the Alpha King

Captured by the Alpha King

That night, as Lisa settled into bed, a heavy cloud of hurt enveloped her. The weight of the day's events lingered in her heart, casting a somber shadow over her emotions. Each thought and memory echoed with the ache of betrayal, leaving her feeling vulnerable and wounded. “Never in my life have I ever thought I’d be a victim of such ruthlessness. But what have I done to deserve any of this? I’m killed emotionally. I hate all of them!” She exclaimed.

Will Bear the Moon

Will Bear the Moon

Each spark feels like a taunting whisper, a brittle laugh echoing the fractures of the day. Not because his words were untrue—but because they laid bare the raw, bleeding wound of what had transpired between Hidi and me. The memory burns like a brand, fresh and searing, leaving no room for excuse because the fight is still too fresh, no time yet to heal or balm.

Billionaire' s Possessive Love.

Billionaire' s Possessive Love.

It's crazy there, is no bigger critique than your mind The white page is now filled with ink, as I stare at the words or rather the feelings I inked wishing someone would feel them as deeply as I do and maybe then it will soothe them, and make them realise that they are not alone. Stare into the darkness, my feelings blend into them. The heart cries, the heart laughs, the time passes, but when will I ever learn, to let go. Will it be when I drown, or when I rise? is it supposed to hurt this much loving others?

I enjoyed this story very much. Great story that I couldn't stop reading. It held my attention until the very end. There were some grammar issues and name changing which was confusing (Adrain/Aidan and Jake/Jacob). I recommend this book. I will definitely check out other books from this author!

My Stepbrother, My Mate

My Stepbrother, My Mate

The pain in my voice echoed through the night, a haunting reminder of my shattered dreams and broken heart. The realization hit me like a ton of bricks—our bond was irreparably broken, and no amount of wishing or hoping could change that. As I howled in pain, another howl joined mine, sounding as painful and heartbreaking as my own. Maybe someone else out there was feeling the same heartache as me—a connection in our shared suffering.

The Tale Not Old As Time

The Tale Not Old As Time

He showed it to her once again as it read, “But I am sorry, Florence, but I do not think it is a good idea right now. You are still recovering from the accident, and seeing their bodies might be too much for you to handle.” The words Florence read struck her with a force that shattered her heart into a thousand pieces. Her trembling hands gripped the bedsheet, her tears flowing freely, a relentless torrent of grief. The pain was overwhelming, a depth of suffering she had never known before. The word “hurt” seemed strongly so inadequate, as if it was just a mere whisper compared to the deafening roar of her agony.

Saving Ava

Saving Ava

The man who once stood at the center of a loving relationship now exiled and banished to a world of regret and remorse. In that silence, Carver’s thoughts were his only companions, each one a dagger twisting in his heart. He realized the depth of the hurt he had caused, the pain he had inflicted on the two people he loved most. The finality of Peyton's words echoed in his mind, a reminder of the bridge he had burned. The realization that he might never be able to mend what he had broken was a torment all its own.

Entangled With My Rival CEO

Entangled With My Rival CEO

Her words reverberated through his mind like a broken record, her tone and delivery etched deeply into his memory. They had stripped him of his defenses, leaving him vulnerable and exposed. The weight of her words felt crushing, pressing down on his shoulders and threatening to overwhelm him. His emotions churned within him like a tempestuous storm, refusing to dissipate. Alexander took a deep breath, trying to calm his racing thoughts and quell his turbulent emotions. But the hurt remained, persistent and nagging like an unceasing ache. He raised the glass to his lips once more, the smooth burn of the scotch offering temporary respite from the pain.

BOUGHT BY CRUELEST ALPHA

BOUGHT BY CRUELEST ALPHA

A bridge. I don’t send peace. I send the ache of my own regrets. The childhood home I still dream of. The friend I failed. The paths not taken, tiny and human and insignificant against this cosmic grief. I send the raw, terrified love I feel for the man lying broken next to me. The sheer, screaming value of a thing you know you can lose. I send the truth of us. Imperfect. Temporary. Hurting. See? I push the thought into the maelstrom. We know. We know a little piece of it. You are not alone in the dark.
