Falling for My Ex-Husband's Enemy

Falling for My Ex-Husband's Enemy

The wind swallowed his words, but the anguish remained, festering in his chest like an open wound. He felt like he was drowning in his own tears, suffocating under the weight of his sorrow. The sea seemed to laugh at him, its waves crashing against the shore with a rhythm that felt like mockery. Lewis collapsed to his knees, his body wracked with sobs, as he whispered, "Why can't anyone see me? Why can't anyone love me for who I am?" The only response was the relentless pounding of the waves, a reminder that some wounds might never heal.

Miss Pretty's Diary

Miss Pretty's Diary

That's love, it's painful yet you still risk it for you to have the so-called happiness. I wish my friends will understand me someday. I hardly wish they will soon... I love him and it is hard to forget and get away from him, that's the bitter fact. That even I am hurting in the process, I chose to still stay with him without expecting something to return... ~Miss Pretty

Catfishing the billionaire

Catfishing the billionaire

" WHAT NON-SENSE IS THIS HEATHER??YOU MUST BE LYING!! HE CAN'T DO THAT TO STASSIE. HE LOVES HER" Robin raised her voice at heather. A tear escape my eyes and I hate him for make me into thinking that we were almost there but u knew it was never going there. I seen forever but you had an alarm set. I wanted all but you only liked parts. I felt the universe in you but you only feel earth In me. I drank your soul but you only sipped my flesh. My mind became your protector but yours became my enemy. This moment feels so dreadfully sore, Like a prickly thorn that I can't ignore. It's excruciating, oh how it stings, Like a bee's sharp sting that really zings. Pain, oh pain, it's part of the love g

The Luna's Broken Alpha

The Luna's Broken Alpha

It's a riptide I can't escape. I wail because the man I love is gone. He's here now, but it's all a mirage. One I would give everything to sustain for an eternity. My chest hurts as I sob in bellowing cries. I can't hold onto him anymore. I collapse to my knees, heaving and gasping in pain. A pain so profound that it's become a pang no physical injury could ever inflict. I don't know anything that's ever hurt this badly.

You Belong To Me Book 2

You Belong To Me Book 2

Hinn Carlos smirked and walked away. My eyes were hot with tears and I felt the pain like a thorn in my heart as I thought back to the tears my mother had cried in the past when my father left, the way she had turned out, the alcohol she had consumed to take the pain away. I clenched my fist and the sound of her tears kept replaying in my head, the bottles she had broken out of anger and the words she had soliloquized in her sleep. Love is poison. Love is poison... I heard that repeatedly in my head, I tried to shake the thought away but It just can’t go away.

Loved by the Mafia King

Loved by the Mafia King

Trusting someone that they won’t leave. It’s scary as fuck. And you are right to be scared. I’m scared, too. But love is also the most beautiful thing there is. It’s emotion, power. It’s healing and pain. It’s both pleasure and suffering at the same time, but damn, it’s beautiful. We wouldn’t be going back to it if it wasn’t. We wouldn’t have hope to love again someday if we didn’t love the love itself. But, what happens when the painful past is stronger than our hope? What happens when we’re too afraid to face the love?

Punished by His Love

Punished by His Love

' 'However, Sabrina, I really, truly, absolutely, can't endure Marcus betraying me. 'He showed me how brutal he was to me. I can't accept that. Maybe I am born weak and am a person who can't suffer a single blow. I don't have a mind as strong as yours to endure the repeated storm and remain standing. I can't do it. Sabrina, I can't do it.' 'I never want to endure that kind of melancholic beauty that is traded with painful and sorrowful blows that make life a living hell anymore. I don't ever want it anymore.'

Genevieve Herbin
Excellent! I have been reading this book for months and I can’t put it down. I enjoy it and wish you would not make me wait so long to continue reading the next chapters. It is repetitive a lot but I can skip over to get to the important part. I will give you a 4.5 because of the repetitiveness.

The Rise of the Half-Rank Wolf

The Rise of the Half-Rank Wolf

I never knew love could hurt like this and I started wishing to never know what love is. The unbearable pain made me long for someone to hug and comfort me. I began calling upon my father's name, seeking refuge and solace. The hurt ran deeper than anger. The realization that I was in danger at the hands of my own mate shattered my heart. Holding my ripped dress, I tried to cover myself, left alone with the overflow of misery inside me.

My Stepbrother, My Mate

My Stepbrother, My Mate

The pain in my voice echoed through the night, a haunting reminder of my shattered dreams and broken heart. The realization hit me like a ton of bricks—our bond was irreparably broken, and no amount of wishing or hoping could change that. As I howled in pain, another howl joined mine, sounding as painful and heartbreaking as my own. Maybe someone else out there was feeling the same heartache as me—a connection in our shared suffering.

Anything But Porcelain

Anything But Porcelain

” As she finished singing that song she rubbed her face with her hands. “It really seems like a cruel joke…all those years of torture…and pain…and hating myself…to find love and have it truly and deeply…and real…just for it to be snatched away and take my heart with it…and then to be brought out of darkness by a pull like a broken porcelain plate that is glued together…it is never the same, but it can still be pretty…and yet…it can also instantly break again…it just seems to cruel…”

This book is by far one of the best books I have read on here. Many laughs and many, many tears. I recommend this book to anyone who loves a strong female lead along with supernatural entities. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.

Wonderful book though there are gruesome and painful torturous moments but the main lead is a brave, strong, kind hearted, positive and loving lady. Her positive outlook and disposition is commendable. Plenty of twist, hope, love lovely moments then psin real painful to read.. Hope for more lovely b
