There was a loud splash, and the lake water around them rose as they dropped through the surface. A chill seeped through Serena's bones as the lake claimed her. She struggled to keep her head above water. As she began to swim away, a hand suddenly wrapped around her neck. Thomas was livid, and his expression was nothing short of malicious. "Swimming away this time? Go ahead and fucking swim if you dare!" He went mad with rage as he pushed Serena's head below water. "Damn whore!"

Serena took it and disappeared into the changing room. Minutes later, she stepped out, and Paige let out a dramatic gasp. “Oh my god, you look like a goddess of fire!” Milo tilted his head. “Sexy, but too bold for your usual style.” Serena looked at herself in the mirror. The dress was stunning, but she knew it wasn’t the one. “Next,” she said. The next dress was a black mermaid gown with a corset bodice. “This one is stunning,” Delilah noted. “It hugs your body in all the right places.”
