Lottie POV "You know, most men don't know what a ponytail is, let alone how to sort their girl's hair out." I teased, watching Knox in the mirror as he brushed my hair into a smooth ponytail, fixing his mother's hard work so she wouldn't notice. "Most men are morons." He countered with a wink at me in the mirror, my stomach fluttering instantly. "I can think of a few who are not." I smirked back at him, his lips curling in response.

I fed them some hay, watching their soft noses nuzzle against my hands in trust. “If only life were this simple,” I whispered, my voice barely audible over the occasional snort from the ponies. For a fleeting moment, I allowed myself to escape—just an hour to breathe and think before facing the tangled web of emotions waiting outside. "You like it?" I murmured, brushing the pony’s soft fur gently. Its small ears twitched, and it leaned into my touch as if understanding my words. I let out a soft sigh, feeling a rare moment of calm in its presence. The baby pony, with its velvety coat and big, curious eyes, brought a fragile sense of peace to my chaotic thoughts.

It was not what she liked. "Daddy, will you do my hair? I want to pierce two small pony tails, and also bring that flower. " The little doll stood in front of the mirror and narcissistically spun around twice. In the end, she found out that her hair was still in disarray. She immediately raised her head and smiled towards her father. "What is a small pony tail?" Bernard was stunned. Carolina immediately pointed to a photo of him at the side, "Just like this." Bernard was completely stunned, he felt that it was impossible for his to have such a complicated hairstyle.

Biting my lower lip, I slid her lustrous hair into a high ponytail, one that slid effortlessly beneath my fingers. “How’s that?” I asked, smoothing the elastic band into place. Ivy twisted her neck left and right, watching her ponytail bounce in the mirror. “It’s perfect, Mommy! I look like a unicorn!” I grinned, pressing a kiss to her temple. “The prettiest unicorn there ever was.”

She was happy because her new little horse managed to cheer up the Young Evans. "Greta," Cayden called suddenly, "what should I do to make Pony walk?" Amazed by the toddler's courage, the horse owner was wide-eyed. “Do you really want Pony to walk? Aren't you afraid of falling?” she asked for sure. “Ace and I won't be naughty. We're just going to sit still and keep the balance. After all, Ace already hugged me tightly and I can hold this rope firmly. I'm sure, we will not fall," Cayden replied at length.

I asked. Rose gasped. “How'd you know?” “Girls who wear ponytails know a lot of stuff” Abigail whispered down at her. “Really?” Rose whispered back. Abigail nodded. “Hey, stop trying to sway her” I gently smacked her arm. “What? It's the truth” she laughed. “You're wearing a ponytail.” “Yeah and that's because—” “Sh, sh, sh” she cut me off, “Don't argue with me. I know these things,” she said. “Ponytail” she pointed to her own, half-up, half-down hairdo.

Then she started singing a rhyme "I ride my pony everywhere, you would know him by his shaggy hair," While singing this line she put her hand in his hair and roughly rubbed it and ruined his hairstyle completely. "He just as kind as he could be, and glad he goes in hilly way with me, my pony my pony my pony MY PONY!!..." "What! Are you taking me as your pony?" He gritted his teeth, this girl she dared to treat him like a mule! Looked like now this little girl had to be taught a lesson "I warn you to behave yourself otherwise!..."

Alex stared at the book in front of him. This time around, he wasn't wearing any hoodie or clothing that could cover his face. He was just plain. His long shiny black hair was tied up into his favorite hair position - the ponytail. His sharp jawline could be seen clearly just fell a side view. In front of him were different books from different authors and at first, he looked like someone who didn't a get a thing that he was doing. He picked up the pen and got closer to the small table that was about his size - the sitting position and proceeded to read something.

She slipped into the faded jeans and soft sweater Pony had brought her, before she sat back down on the edge of the bed, crouching forward as her hands brushed her thighs. “You shouldn’t leave yet,” Pony said, smacking her lips softly. Niya turned to see her best friend leaning against the med cart, though her weight barely rested on it. Pony’s long blonde hair, streaked with brown roots, was tied in its usual side braid. She wore a plain blue long-sleeved shirt as Niya tried to piece together what made her temples throb. Pony's golden-brown eyes fixed on Niya with a bluntness that was hard to ignore.

"Don't be afraid. They won't hurt people. They are kind." With my help, Hedwig managed to stroke the pony's head. Its hair was smooth and soft. "They don't have a name yet. You and Noah can help them get one," Blake said gently. Noah had been playing with his pony. He grabbed a handful of grass and brought it to the pony's mouth. The pony stretched out its tongue and swallowed the grass. Noah continued to pluck the grass with a happy smile on his face. Hedwig tilted her head and pondered. After a while, she said seriously, "Daddy, is it okay to call it Chestnut? Noah's pony can be called Peanut."
