"That's incredible." I laughed, watching as Atlas showed me what he had learned so far. Alette, Atlas and I stood around the rim of a great fountain, bigger than most modern swimming pools. The tile at the bottom was iridescent and shimmered under the warm sunlight. There were fish and different aquatic life carved from the stone that made up the fountain. A stream of water spewed from the top, forming a dome over top. Atlas was currently kneeling by the fountain, dipping his fingers into the water. The stream that spewed from the top morphed into a horse. I could see the eyes and snout from where I stood. The horse was true to size, but then quickly changed into the form of a dragon.

I shifted it up, but when I pushed it into the middle, it locked in place, that the wolf’s eyes turned purple like glowing purple gems had been embedded in it. “Holy shit…” Trent whispered. The more lines of the poem I or Amos remembered, the easier assembling and moving the pieces around came. To the east, was the image of Shell Cove. Beneath that sections waves went a gilded, sparkling image of Atlantis and a swimming figure of Poseidon and his son, Triton. Above that was an image of the sky, complete with each phase of the moon. Each piece looked like it had been carved from moonstone.

Everyone fell silent because he gained their attention. "I will have to skip the pleasantries, because we have rather...pressing issues in our hands," Nathan hissed at the end and our eyes met. "You will regret it." That was the message my eyes sent to him. Father sat at the head of the table because he was the most powerful Alpha present, followed by me at his side, then the Riverdale pack and the others spread out from there to the end. "Now," Nathan held his hands together, maintaining his charisma. "It is already a known fact that the vessel that hosts the power of the Moon Goddess," he explained.
