“Raymond…” “Yes?” “If this test today… if it shows something bad, I don’t want you to pity me. I want you to be honest. Don’t carry my pain like it’s yours. Just… be real with me.” He nodded. “You’re not fragile, Olive. You’re not glass. Whatever the test says, we deal with it. I won't pity you. But I won’t let you go through it alone either.” She smiled faintly, then took a breath, grounding herself. “Thank you.”

I turned to see Zoe. "Zoe, how are you? " I asked trying to be polite. "I'm promoted, it's good to know one of us was serious about her carrier instead of eloping with a douchebag boyfriend." she said coldly I just stared at her silently. "The good news is you didn't get pregnant or else that kid would have had a joke for a mother." her words were like a dagger to my chest, I went limb and all I could think was how irresponsible I was to loose the pregnancy.

Thanks you so much for your support and wait for the updates we are close to the end. Please share your thoughts in the comment section Love you all.....

He steps closer, not enough to crowd me, just enough that I can't pretend he's not really there. "You can walk into these woods and join Bennett's pack today if you want. That's your choice. But the bond doesn't care about your choice. It'll still be sitting in your chest tomorrow, and the day after that, whether you're standing in his territory or mine."

I wink. Inhaling a breath, I shut the door and head inside Quinn's house. Ice cream first. Pity party second. Anti-male chick-flicks third. ***
