It was no wonder she'd seemed so experienced when she'd done the same to me! Before she'd met Matthew, she'd often hopped from one man to another, racking up countless partners whom she'd also defrauded. When Mom and Dad found out about all of this, they almost fainted in rage. They summoned Matthew back from the island and forced him to get a full-body checkup in case he'd contracted any diseases. Fortunately, he was completely fine. Mom and Dad spent generously to spread the news, blowing the scandal up even further and causing an uproar online.

Meanwhile, I have gone to drag Martha out from him. I still can't process what is actually happening. It seems both knew each other. I never wasted any time; I dragged Martha with me, and we entered the G-Wagon. Jack drove off speedily. Like someone being chased by a lion. His face was wrapped with provocation and disappointment. I became restless and disturbed I had to ask Jack his relationship with Donal. “Why did you hurry us up as soon as you came in contact with that man?” I asked calmly. “Is anything wrong?” I added.

He was calm, as if he hadn't nearly killed me the day before. Wendy sat up and gave me an apologetic look. "I'm sorry, Jess. I had no idea they would go so far. I just said I thought Jackie Chan's movies were cool, and then…" She started tearing up. I gave her no response. Joseph frowned and pulled me aside. "Hey, she already said she's sorry. What more do you want?" Impatience laced his voice. "It was just a prank. Stop looking at us like we owe you something. Fine, I know you sprained something because the drones' batteries died. I'll pay for the meds."

She tilted her cup slightly and hot tea spilled directly onto my lap. I gasped and jumped up, whimpering. "Oops," Klara cooed, snatching some serviettes from the table, trying to wipe the spill but somehow making it ten times worse.. "I'm so clumsy around things that don't belong." Ethan stood up fast, his chair scraping loudly. "Klara, that's enough." "It was an accident," she replied innocently. "I'm so sorry, Madonna. I hope you're okay." The entire room had gone silent, everyone watching to see what I would do, including her as she stared down on me with an evil smile.

He stumbled over his words, "Well... she was just mad, I already told her off..." "Wade, we were together for three years, and you ended up embarrassing me in front of everyone and spreading lies about me online for her. Now that you're in trouble, you want to make peace?" I laughed calmly, "It's too late." "Melanie! Don't back me into a corner! If I'm going down, I'm taking you with me!" When I stood my ground, he quickly showed his mean side. "Do what you want." I ended the call.

Arielle asked with a smile that sent chills down Emma’s spine. “Next up, a very amateur act. Here you go.” Arielle joked as she guided everyone to the projector. Arielle played the video of the tea house without including what Sophia had whispered. Sophia was dancing in joy internally as the video played out amidst everyone’s puzzlement. “This does not count as defamation. There must be proof that it is nonsense.” Another office appeared in time to react. Both the officers greeted each other and sat down. Arielle mumbled, “You are only making things difficult for me because I brought your husband as my date.”

The only sound I could make was heavy panting. Quincey's exaggerated imitation of me was followed by a mocking, "Goodness gracious, dabbling in performing arts, princess? It'd be a shame if the film awards committee didn't give you a prize." The crowd burst into laughter. Even Zayden believed I was putting on a show to gain sympathy. He didn't bother hiding his disgust as he frog-marched me to the back of the car. "Enough of your tantrums. Stay here until you've calmed down enough to stop embarrassing us."

My best friend, Jolyn Jones, called me while I was at work. "Help! S-Someone's about to v-violate me! Petra, please help me!" Panic shot through me. I immediately dropped a crucial project and called the police. Then, with an officer close beside me, I raced to the address Jolyn had sent, nearly tripping over my own feet along the way. Suddenly, two loud pops erupted behind us, and confetti rained down. Jolyn jumped out from around the corner with my boyfriend, Will Curry. "Surprise! That's the hundredth time we've managed to prank you, P!" I stared at them in disbelief. "What the hell? You thought sexual violence was appropriate material for a prank?!" The officer looked equally furio

I grabbed her arm, pulling Annie away from the door, and flipped the prankster over my shoulder, slamming them against the door. She landed on her back on the floor, receiving a shower of paint as some girls inside laughed and film the moment. "Oops, we got the wrong person!" exclaimed a slim, medium-height girl with long, straight blonde hair and light brown eyes. "Looks like the prank backfired," I said as I stepped over the girl on the floor and pulled Annie with me.

I turn around and kick his leg causing him to jump on a leg and yelp ow for a while . " It was you wasn't it ! Your prank failed so let me sleep in peace now . " I say angrily . It was 2 am and I can't believe he had the energy for such things at this time . Doesn't he ever get tired or sleepy ? " What prank " He asks , his mouth set in a hardened line . He looked genuinely unaware of what I was talking about . Recognition dawned on his face . " Ohhh ! You think that voice was me ? Pfft " He chuckles , putting a hand on my shoulder for support and the other clutched his stomach as he tried to laugh as quietly and silently as possible .
