"What?! My father is dead?!" Ethan froze, and his phone slipped from his hand onto the ground. "How is that possible? Wasn't he supposed to be on a flight to Lanford? How could something have happened to him?!" Mia immediately picked up the phone for him before sweeping her gaze across my dad and me. Then she pouted aggrievedly. "Ms. McKenna, even if you hate me for ruining your engagement party, you can't hire people to play these kinds of pranks."

“Now put the phone down, please.” Isaac still was not believing this man. He stopped pressing numbers and placed the phone to his ear, and he could see Mr. Hart squirm in his seat. “Triple! They paid triple the cost! But that’s it!”

She had plunged at him like she wanted to bite him when he looked at her and as he screamed, she couldn't help but laugh. They were eventually thrown out of the cinema for disrupting the peace but after Jade had managed to convince Shawn that it was just makeup. She washed it off her face as Shawn couldn't bear to look at her. As they walked out of the cinema, Shawn grumbled about the prank while Jade kept laughing. She couldn't remember the last time she laughed that hard. She couldn't remember the last time she had been sincerely happy. She had never imagined she would ever be that happy again. But she knew it wouldn't last. And this time, it ended faster than she expected.

Who is that? Does Alpha know?" Mia chimed in, "He's the one who was caught yesterday. He got confused and accidentally wandered into your room. He was afraid of getting into trouble, so he played a little joke. He didn't really do anything wrong. Alpha's busy with pack affairs and isn't at the estate right now, so there's no need to alarm him. You're clever. I'm sure you know how to handle it."

While we were eating at the dining table, Shanine "accidentally" dropped her spoon and bent over to pick it up. At first, I didn't think much of it, until she crawled up to the space between my thighs. Carl and Kerrigan continued eating as if nothing happened. Meanwhile, I quickly lowered my head. Just then, Shanine pulled down my shorts. I quickly covered myself with the tablecloth, worried that I'd be seen. This young woman was way too bold!

I didn't need to ask what happened. I could guess. Henry stood beside me and said, "You don't have to forgive them." And he was right. I'd started college bright-eyed, full of potential... and slowly got dragged down by the jokes, the dares, the garbage Gideon and his crew pulled at my expense. Before they left, they dropped one last bit of news: Gideon and Olivia were done.

James let out a roar that was more animal than human before lunging toward Marissa. He wrapped his hands around her neck and squeezed tightly. "Why! Why did you cut off her oxygen? Why did you steal her bailout cylinder?" Marissa's eyes rolled to the back of her head as she was lifted off the ground by James. Her legs kicked uselessly in the air, while her nails gouged bloody lines down James' face. "Y-You… a-agreed to it…" She struggled to get the words out, her face flushing red as she choked. "On April Fools' Day… Y-You said it was… okay to prank her… to teach her a lesson… she won't forget…"

I knew I couldn't win this fight I was still a novice I took the broken mirror pieces and placed it on the window frame and as i carefully jumped out the window with the shotgun still in hand and I landed on the hay,I got up immediately as I heard more gunshots,I ran the opposite as I heard an ear piercing scream ,am sure it caught him. " I will kill you!I will kill you!". The man shouted thunderously from the window and I chuckled inwardly. How can he be so foolish that he didn't check the window before looking down. After I ran a great distance into the bushes I brought out my phone in search of a signal. I know that what I did would anger them more so I needed to call the police,but still

he asked. "Over there," I whispered, pointing toward the storage closet, my voice still trembling. The male officer walked over, and the moment he laid eyes on the severed hand, his posture visibly stiffened. He crouched down to inspect it closely while the female officer continued to comfort me. Like you said, it could just be a prank prop. “I know some of these gag gifts are made to look and smell incredibly realistic nowadays. “We've actually dealt with similar false alarms before..."
