Pregnant Bella Swan Novels & Stories

I forced myself to speak. Dr. Hale cleared his throat. "As part of our standard procedure, we ran some tests. We discovered that she's seven months pregnant." Pregnant? Bella? My Bella? I could hardly breathe. "What... did you just say?" He repeated the words carefully. "She's seven months pregnant." I shook my head slowly. The feeling of disbelief clawed through me. "That's impossible." "On the contrary," he said softly. "The timeline checks out. She fainted from fatigue and stress, but the baby is fine. It's a healthy pregnancy."

It was almost as if… there was never anything between them. And when Maeve had gotten up to leave, Bella made sure to pay very close attention to the area around her waist for any sign of a growing belly. It had been some weeks since she’d last seen her, and based on what Victoria had told her some time ago, the suspected conception date was roughly two weeks prior to Sarah’s birthday party. As a werewolf, her pregnancy was expected to last only about five months, so Bella had fully expected to see something. But… as Bella realized with a sinking feeling, she was not able to definitively see proof of a pregnancy.

"How are you feeling? Do you need anything? Water? More crackers? A bucket?" "I'm fine." I stood up carefully, testing my balance. "Just need to get through today." "About that." Bella held up a pair of flats. "You're wearing these. Not heels." "Bella, I need to look professional." "You need to not pass out on stage because you're pregnant and wearing uncomfortable shoes!" She thrust the flats at me. "This is not up for debate. Wear the flats or I'm telling Nicholas you're pregnant." "You wouldn't." "Try me."

A little girl scrambled up onto the bed and pressed her chubby cheeks against Wendy's face, planting a loud kiss on her skin. Her sweet, childish voice rang out, "Ding dong, ding dong! Bella's wake-up kiss service is now online! Mommy, it's time to get up!" Bella Hawkesley was now three years old. Wendy had returned to Florias three years ago and given birth to her daughter. She was wearing a pink princess dress, looking like she had stepped straight out of a fairytale. Her features were delicate and adorable, and her big, sparkling eyes seemed to hold all the light in the world. She was a perfect blend of her parents' best traits.

"I didn't think you were the type to be playful." Bella shrugged and continued, "But you know, even the most enjoyable party must come to an end eventually. But before it ends, I want to play a bit more with them, and of course, you have to be involved, Levi." "So, how do you want me to help you this time?" Levi asked, genuinely curious about the "game" Bella was talking about. "I will pretend to be pregnant. I want you to help me fake a pregnancy certificate and a pregnancy test and keep everyone in the dark." Bella said. Pretending to be pregnant was something she could act out herself, but to make the act more convincing, she needed someone to cooperate with her.

So I turned toward Eric’s office instead. That was when I saw her. Bella—just outside Eric’s office, seated behind his usual secretary’s desk. Her pregnancy was obvious now—round and full beneath her dress. She looked even younger than in the photos, long golden hair spilling over her shoulders, clear eyes bright and soft. Bella got the kind of face that looked innocent and untouched. No one would guess that a girl who looked so harmless had willingly slipped into a married man’s arms—smiling sweetly while tearing apart another woman’s life.

“I am going to take you to a room-” “What the fuck do you think you are doing?” Comes an angry bellow from somewhere behind them. The deep roar of his voice terrifies Bella and she begins to cough. Her vision goes blurry and her head begins to feel floaty. As she sees a large shadowy figure moving towards them, she nestles closer to the man and closes her eyes. The darkness overtakes her once more. Bella swims in and out of consciousness. She will wake up for a few moments here and there, but she is barely lucid. One of the times that she wakes up she hears an older woman speaking.

Bella and Inna both laughed at his reaction. Inna flipped opened the file on her table and looked at them. "Okay. Put aside the joke. Let's come back to the main topic. It's true; Bella is 6 weeks pregnant. Congratulation." She announced with a big smile plastered on her face. Bella smiled as she put her hand on her flat stomach. She looked at Shawn when his gripped on her hand tightened. He was smiling too.

She woke up in his bed with no memory of the night before. He was Dominic Blackwell — the most feared Alpha in Evermont, ruthless, cold, and devastatingly gorgeous. The one man her father would burn the world to destroy. And she had given him everything. Serena Ashford was supposed to become the next Alpha of the Bright Moon Pack. Instead, she was disowned, exiled, and carrying the enemy's baby — a baby he refused to believe was his. "I do not know who you are. Do not call this number again." One phone call. That was all it took for him to throw her away like she was nothing. But Serena was done being nothing. She scrubbed toilets to survive. She slept on floors. She gave birth alone

Special Chapter "One, two, three, pose. Good job, Beauty! One more round." I watch her quietly while drinking my coffee. She smiles in my direction, and my heart melts how beautiful my lovely wife is. . .my Beauty.
