Cassandra’s POV 2 years Later : "Here's to a fresh start!" Jane Austin exclaims, her voice filled with excitement, as she cheerfully clinks her wine glass against mine. I join in with a wide grin, though deep down, a sense of unease lingers. The end of my 9-year marriage, which had recently turned into a nightmare, grants me the freedom I longed for. Being single again feels liberating, yet an undercurrent of uncertainty tightens my stomach, reminding me that I am now a single mother to 8-year-old twins who struggle to comprehend why their father is no longer part of our lives.

Author's POV Karan got up early at 7 am though he slept at 4:30 am just before the sun shone brightly. And now he is wide awake staring at his own personal moon and sunshine, others may have flaws but for him his woman is flawless. She is the epitome of beauty and elegance and sophistication. She is the exact definition of being perfect being excellent in every role whether it be a daughter, daughter in law, friend, businesswoman, sister, sister in law or wife. She never disappoints anyone and does everything best in her hands for them and this amazes him everytime. One problem and Dia would solve it exceptionally from the roots of it.

"Oppa, it seems your wife isn't feeling well. You should take her home," Shela said gently, her voice like honey, melting people's hearts, but I can sense the underlying condescension. "It seems... your wife... was chased by someone, or... chased by a dog and had to hide under the car like that."

Pretentious bitch– My eyes widened. What did I just say? “Wife?” Muttering with fake shock, she wrinkled her nose. “Oh, didn’t realise you were married.” Her eyes moved to my fingers and then to Killian’s, a bitter look flashed before her eyes. Her eyes slowly whisked to me, taking in my attire and then at my face. “Aren’t you Rara Morris? The daughter of Mathews Morris…” It should surprise me, but it didn’t. Mathews Morris was a well-known name. She’d known him, and his flaunting daughter—one he showed off at every party and gathering that could benefit him. “Glad to see you again, Rara.” She extended her hand. I took her hand unsurely.

"Yes, Grace, you're pregnant. Happy birthday! This is truly a special day for you. Congratulations, my dear." Overwhelmed with emotion, Grace leapt from the examination table and threw her arms around Ava, holding her tightly. They laughed and cried together, sharing in the joy of this precious moment. After all the disappointment and heartache, this pregnancy was a beacon of hope, a symbol of new beginnings.
