His Bride By Contract

His Bride By Contract

“Mia!” “Of course, who else!” I snapped. “You didn’t expect her to stay silent forever, Liam. She had to retaliate somehow.” “Retaliate?” I spun around, eyes narrowing. “Retaliate against me? No one does that.” My voice cracked with restrained fury. Victor smirked faintly. “Then what’s the plan? Because right now, she looks like the victim, and you…” “I look like the villain,” I finished for him, jaw tightening. “And you know what villains do, Victor? They rewrite the script.”

The Prince Rose or Thorn

The Prince Rose or Thorn

For anything that felt like a loose thread she could pull. The afternoon light faded, painting the library in long shadows. Vivian Ashworth, the transmigrated soul in the villainess’s skin, hunched over ancient pages, no longer just a passive victim of the plot. The role of the villain had been thrust upon her, but perhaps, just perhaps, she could use its expected ruthlessness for a different purpose: uncovering the truth. The performance had begun, but beneath the surface, the investigation was underway. Her survival depended on playing the part while dismantling the script from within. The weight of the villain’s role was crushing, but within it, she was starting to find the sharp edges sh

SOLD TO THE DISABLED ALPHA

SOLD TO THE DISABLED ALPHA

Given that psychopath personality, who knows if once he noticed my presence, he would choose me to be his experiment subject then I would be doomed. I didn't think too much about it. Other than the villain, I also need to avoid the protagonist and the male lead who is supposed to meet in a clinchè setting. Those two are both no good, they are also psychopaths. Although it wasn't as much as the villain since Mr. Valcarcel got the title as a villain because of his extreme means to use someone, the protagonist is also the same though much lower than the villain. However, for me who was just a small cannon fodder who died in chapter one, the protagonists are also the scariest because they have g

The King's Maiden

The King's Maiden

[ IN WHICH SHE IS BITTER ] Every story has a protagonist, and also an antagonist— whom everyone refers to as the villain. However, in my story, I am unsure who holds the position of the protagonist and the antagonist. Even those that are expected to hold it, seem like they don't deserve it. I may be the heroine; the chief female character, since this is the story of my life, but I am not entirely sure about being a heroine. Because what sort of heroine has this much bad luck? What sort of heroine gets deceived and betrayed by her loved ones? What sort of heroine has people shooting arrows into her back? What sort of heroine is never able to obtain true happiness?

The system forces me to be the villain

The system forces me to be the villain

"Do you need my help? I can help.” "No need. Wound maintenance. I can do it myself.” Duncan Hiddleston looked at Phedra Elizabeth with a cold gaze, and his tone also became colder. “The influence of the original? Once the male lead has won the love of the female villain. The main character has completed the mission. Is the male lead letting go of his feelings for me? Or here already has the appearance of the female lead. The male lead is trying to find a way to the female lead.” Phedra Elizabeth quietly pondered.

Billionaire's Abandoned Wife

Gallian's eyes widen, " I hate when people force me to do. Do it properly. Show me how much you love me that you are acting crazy!" Oryx grins, patting his back. " I like straightforward and green frag characters more than Villains because Villains choose the wrong path... I like to see heroes saving people rather than Villains killing people for their lovers!" " Why? The world betrays the Villain. That's why they go against everyone!"

"But Jaxon was deceived too. He raised a child that wasn't his. He was lied to. Just like I was." "Are you seriously feeling sorry for him?" "Not sorry. Just... complicated. He's been a victim too." "He was the villain first! He destroyed you!" "I know. But people can be both. Villain and victim. Perpetrator and casualty." Mia was quiet. "You're softening on him." "I'm not softening. I'm just seeing the full picture now." "The full picture where he still destroyed you? Where he still threw you away pregnant? Where he still married your sister?"

When A Deadbeat Meets A Merman Villain

When A Deadbeat Meets A Merman Villain

Her voice choked up. I stood in the doorway, sneering, "Get Reagan to help." Melody bit her lip, and tears came streaming down her face even faster. "He doesn't have those kinds of connections..." I paused before realizing it. The male lead was always an optimistic, righteous, and domineering CEO, while the villain was sinister and ruthless. Thus, the first person Melody thought of was always Theo, with his bloodstained hands, when she needed someone to do her dirty bidding.

I wanted to place a steadying hand on his arm, but I knew that everything I did – everything that we did, any and all of us – was being scrutinised. “Winterpaw is not the true villain. The true villain is one who has lied so successfully that he has created a false narrative, which all of us – me included, to begin with – bought into. Because it is easier to hate that which we already hate than draw new conclusions that make us think.”

This story was absolutely amazing! So many emotions. I do have a question, will there be a continued story about nazte and cen? I just feel like they should have a story about starting over/forgiveness.

This book had me on the verge of anger, laughter, intrigue, sadness and long last releasing a breath of relief and joy. Beautifully woven into this wonderful story was a great understanding of human behavior through a myriad of emotions that kept me reading on until the end.
