Unspoken Truths - Book 2

Gino’s message caught my eye. Sophia’s guard, Nico, had shown up last night, but my guys stopped him from coming in. Today, he came back dressed as an orderly. Enzo had told me earlier there were no visitors.
When I got to the floor where the guards were staying, I slowed down, scanning every corner, every person. Nothing seemed out of place.

“He’s just a little punk,” Enzo was saying, voice casual. “Wanted to play with the big boys. We sent him packing. No reason to waste Damian’s time. He’s got enough to deal with. Just hope his girl wakes up soon.”
