Luna's Last Oath

Luna's Last Oath

She didn’t trust her voice, not yet. Silas paced. One hand raked through his hair, the other flexed at his side, restless, too full of things he couldn’t hurl into the room. He hadn’t spoken a word since they left the hall. Not one. “You’re going to rip us apart with your silence,” she finally muttered. He turned. Slowly. His gaze caught hers like a snare. And when he spoke, his voice was low, almost a growl: “Better silence than words I can’t take back.”

The Silent Pulse Of Fire.

The Silent Pulse Of Fire.

“You don’t get to just walk in and claim them, Lucien. It doesn’t work like that.” He stepped closer. “I’m not walking away. Not this time.” Her eyes met his, and for a moment, something unspoken passed between them—a recognition, an understanding that the past was no longer just the past. ** Across the city, Clara lounged in a high-backed chair at an upscale lounge, her perfectly manicured nails tapping against her wine glass. The man seated across from her—a low-level paparazzo with a penchant for cash over morals—shifted nervously under her gaze.

This is such an interesting book, and the characters are really good. Jane is that one friend anybody should have, and then Elara who was called barren was finally going to be having her baby. It's a pity her husband had to cheat on her with her step sister. Overall the story is really good.

Honestly I love that she had a friend like Jane, I love her personality. I love how I could feel every emotion you tried to put into words and everything played like a movie in my thoughts. This is such a good read. Kudos dear author...️

Betrayed by Ex, Married to Billionaire

Betrayed by Ex, Married to Billionaire

His silence was deliberate, heavy, filled with meaning. > “I… I feel like you’re holding something back,” Aruna said, stepping closer. “You’ve been quiet all evening.” Leonard’s eyes flickered toward her, sharp and unreadable. Then he turned fully, walking slowly toward her, each step measured. > “Sometimes silence says more than words ever could,” he said quietly. His voice was calm, almost a whisper, but it carried weight that made Aruna pause. > “And what are you trying to say?” she asked, tilting her head slightly. Her pulse quickened; she could feel the subtle intensity in the air.

His silent voice.

His silent voice.

His mom asked and he could only part his lips in silence as he stared at his messed up plate. “Would something light be better?” As they whispered amongst themselves... "Probably, he doesn't seem to enjoy swallowing." "Would something hot do? Paige says she likes something hot when she's weak." Their voices were getting a little to loud for him. "Tea?" “That doesn't sound too bad.” And without thinking fast, the words left his mouth before he could hold it back. “Could you all please be quiet for a minute, I said I'm fine.” A cold silence brimmed at their midst in surprise.

I am in love with this book! I am hoping that Kyle will increase his powers with his mate so that he can kick that evil witch in the butt.(Without spoiling the read). I think that a little more steam is needed. The steam that we did get was top-notch.

One Night With Mr. King

One Night With Mr. King

Silence’s eyes fluttered open, a frown settling upon his face as he gave the man a questioning look. “Who?” The man swallowed hard before replying. Silence's expression hardened. Rising from his desk, he stepped out of his office and headed toward the gym instead of the guest area. They found Rafael punching a bag intensely, sweat dripping down his face and entire body. His eyes were ice cold. “What the fuck did you do?!” Silence yelled. “We needed help,” Rafael replied. “What…”

Awesome book! I started this book while my others were updating and got stuck, can’t put it down! The relationship between Cash and Tatie is beautiful, gangsta, and full of passion. It’s a really great read! Ty

Very nice story that moves quickly. Has violence and danger, but loyal friends, devoted family, and good humor as well. Main characters are very relatable. Only the ending is rushed and you want the story to keep going. Mr. King aged 25 years while are not aging as fast. 40/50 yo not old!

 Silent vociferation

Silent vociferation

And he understood the threat very well, but refused to believe anymore rumours, yes, he is right, the rumours never true except kael is the worst than the rumours, and that one he could fully trust. The silence was deafening, he could hear his heart beat pounding, struggling to be released from this suffocating pressure. "Luke, isn't it?." He suddenly asked. His deep voice rumbling like a thunder. "Yes, sir." He hesitated. "Sit." He forced. And as quickly as a flash ever did, Luke sat his ass down on the floor. Without any complaints or even a sound, except the shuffling lasts for a second. His breathe stuck in his throat suddenly, thinking the shuffling was loud and perhaps bothering kael.

Condemned Wife's Compliance

Condemned Wife's Compliance

“I hope this helps her. I really do.” But then she straightened again, a last spark of defiance flickering across her face. “One last thing,” she added. “If anyone watching this thinks it’s easy to get in front of a camera and speak out against lies, it’s not. But silence lets people get away with destroying lives. So, here I am. I’m choosing not to stay silent.” She reached out, pressing the stop button on the camera. The red light blinked once and went dark. For a moment, the silence in the apartment was deafening. The ticking of a clock in the other room sounded thunderous.

Shadows of the Vow

Shadows of the Vow

I turned back to the tablet, eyes resting once more on Martinez’s face. Graduation. Public applause. Families. Cameras. Ceremony. Perfect cover. I dimmed the screen. “Prepare dossiers,” I said. “Travel patterns. Personal connections. Weaknesses.” “And Nora?” Emil asked. I smiled without warmth. “Begin the exit.” They nodded and left. Alone again, I poured myself a drink and lifted the glass slowly. Antonioni thought silence meant safety. He had always misunderstood silence. It wasn’t peace. It was the space where decisions were made.

Inside, the house was equally silent. Silas thought he was untouchable. He forgot that sometimes the quiet ones don’t fight with fists. They fight with leverage. And now I had his.

That Ezekiel speech in 'Pulp Fiction' is the one that always gets my heart racing — and the single most quoted fragment from Jules is probably the thunderous, almost ceremonial, opening of that monologue: 'And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger...'

I love how that line works: it's part sermon, part intimidation, and Samuel L. Jackson delivers it like somebody reading a poem right before the world tilts. People latch onto that phrase because it’s dramatic, rhythmic, and easy to drop into conversation when you want to sound ominous or hilariously over-the-top. It’s also interesting because the monologue isn’t a straight Biblical citation — Tarantino reworked lines, fused ideas, and gave Jules an almost mythic aura. That creative tweak makes the line feel cinematic rather than ecclesiastical, which helps it travel outside the movie into pop culture.

For me it’s not just the words but the timing and the voice. If someone asks for my quick pick of Jules’s most quotable line, I’ll flash that phrase and the image of Jules holding court at the diner. It’s the kind of quote you can deliver deadpan at a party or shout in a movie-quote competition, and it still lands with a grin every time.
