I walked out to the small terrace outside the sliding door and sat on one of the brown chairs. He followed me, placing the bottle on the small table between us, and sat in the opposite chair. Roy began to fumble around his pocket to reveal a knife. Once flipped open, he sliced a strawberry in half. He placed a slice in each flute glass before filling it with champagne. Fancy.
"If you don't mind me saying," Roy spoke, "You are beautiful."
He already has me here, and he's still trying. How cute.
