He frowns at it as he carefully turns the pages. "Let him get changed. Speak to him, but somewhere safe, please." My mum smiles, and they walk off. I walk towards Quinn. As I get closer, I realise it's a sketch pad. The pages are soaked.

Quinn's body relaxed as I read out each dialogue from the storybook, more like I was singing. With only two pages, Quinn's eyes began dropping. I moved the book from my lap and gently laid her on the bed, pulling the covers up to her body. Her heavy breathing was enough to tell she had fallen asleep. A smile left my lips. Quinn is a fast sleeper. The smile on my face faded as I stood up, ready to confront a busy Scott. "You know the least you could do is read just a few lines." I said, careful not to raise my voice, even though I was angry inside.

She looked away, returning her eyes to staring at the way the room was arranged. “You didn't go through all the pages for grey wolves with black dots” zayne stood to his feet, “I can lend you the book to read the whole content if you want to” A lot about shadow pack was in the book, but zayne didn’t bother borrowing Quinn the book since Quinn had been chosen as one of shadow pack members by the moon goddess, so there was nothing to hide. Sadly, until I get justice for my parents then I can wish for love. Quinn carries a large folder with him which steals all my attention. It has torn edges and papers that are slipping off. I grab one that is about to fall. I turn it. It has animated drawings with short narration. As I skim through I realize it is a draft for children's book. "You write?" My shock is evident in my high pitch tone. He snatches it back, "none of your business." He barks. I am still amused, "Who would have thought the hardcore Quinn wrote children books."

Rowan bent down immediately and picked it up. "Careful, man." The kid looked like he'd just met a celebrity. "Thanks." "No problem." Rowan handed the book back and disappeared down the hallway. I watched him go, then looked back toward the library. For some reason, Quinn was standing by the window. Watching him. And the expression on her face wasn't admiration.
