When it was my turn, I decided to sing one of Alessia Cara’s songs, by my favorite artist. The evening went on with karaoke, and soon it was time for truth and dare.

“Rachael! Rachael Berry?” She nodded, and I couldn’t believe it. Rachael Berry, right in front of me, looking like she just stepped out of a magazine—polished, perfect, and definitely not sweating over carrots and cucumbers like the rest of—well, like me, still piecing my life together one vegetable at a time. “I knew it was you,” she said, pulling me into a tight hug. “You’re the only person I know whose sad expressions somehow make everything look poetic.”

Elijah turned up the radio and I heard that the song "Life is a Highway." by Rascal Flatts would be blasting throught the speakers as soon as this stupid song, whatever it was, was done. Elijah said through his jaw clenched and I couldn't help but laugh nervousily. "SHUT UP." Bekah yelled when the song started playing. We sang along happily.

Anyway, after having looked around, she immediately spotted out the bathroom as in no time, she went inside and had a very warm and cool bath which as well helped to open her pores. It was raining heavily, the streets was buzzing with people moving around and music playing.I was having a cup of coffee, enjoying the view of the lightings that illuminated the streets and the buildings.I sighed, leaving the window and then walking to the couch. Bella was playing a song by Brittany Spears and though it was an emotionally romantic song, it spoke more of her heart break and the things she had to go through for her lover.Suddenly, the door bell rang.

Rachel said, "We are performing to raise funds to help stray animals keep warm during the winter." Zayn was a bit shocked, "And you are the lead singer?" Rachel was not happy when she heard the question. "I would say I'm not bad at singing. There was quite a big crowd earlier but they all left because of the fight." She nudged Fiona and said, "Fiona, the fans were cheering for me, weren't they?" Fiona looked as if she had just been asked a tricky question. She was about to answer me when a pretty, teenage brunette girl who I presumed was Rachel, walked down the stairs, holding a novel. "Hey, family." She greeted before kissing mum on the cheek. "Hi, angel. Did you sleep well?" Mum asked, and she sighed. "I couldn't, ma. I was up all night streaming the new song my favorite band, CIX dropped. We should stream it together later today, mum." She said. Mum just scoffed fondly at her. "Sit down and eat before your food gets cold." Rachel finally seemed to realize that I was also in the room as she gazed up at me with a smile, and an outstretched hand. "It's nice to finally meet you, big brother. You are so tall."

She gradually forgets the clingy part of her at some point which was a plus for me but then she’s very loud and obnoxious. “Are you having fun, babe?” Rachel asked, she was standing in front holding the microphone as she waited for the intro of the song that she picked. “I am having so much fun,” I replied. “This song is for you,” She pointed right at me. “My favorite person in the whole wide world!” She uttered as the microphone echoed sharply that it almost made us all deaf. “Shot to the heart and you’re to blame, darling you give love a ban name!” Rachel began singing and it was a total wreckage. Her energy matched the songs’ high energy and she was like having a spasm in front.

She shouts over a couple lads enthusiastically murdering a Bryan Adams song. "What've you picked?" Priya shouts back. "Harry Styles." Rae smiles happily. "And then Pink later and Maroon 5." "Excellent." I take my drink from Jenny, singing along with the end of the Bryan Adams song and joining everyone else cheering for the group of girls getting up to sing a Miley Cyrus song. We subtly scan the crowd for Danielle Liscombe, but she spots us first, coming straight over to speak to Rae. Leaving them alone, Jenny, Priya and I go into the next room to dance, all three of us with massive smiles on our faces and our fingers crossed that something will develop in our absence.
