Oh, titles with 'storm' in them are a whole category, aren't they? I had a real hunt for a specific one a while back. If you're looking for a story literally called 'A Storm' or with 'storm' in the title, your best starting point is definitely Amazon's Kindle Store or Google Play Books—just searching 'storm' with the ebook filter on. But that's just the practical bit.

The trickier, more interesting part is figuring out which 'storm' story you actually want. There's 'The Perfect Storm' by Sebastian Junger, which is nonfiction but reads like a thriller. Then in fantasy, you've got Brandon Sanderson's 'Oathbringer' where a highstorm is a major plot element, but it's not the title. Or 'Storm Front' from Jim Butcher's Dresden Files. I spent ages once downloading a sample of a self-published fantasy called 'Stormweaver' only to find it wasn't for me. The search can be its own adventure.

If the title is vague or common, I'd lean on community help. Posting on the fantasy or romance subreddits (since 'storm' appears there a lot too) with any other details you remember—a character name, a magic system, the cover color—can work wonders. I found an obscure nautical novel called 'The Storm at Dawn' that way after describing a blue-grey cover with a ship. Sometimes the hunt is half the fun, though it can be frustrating when you just want to read.
