The bookshelf was just as tall as Andrew so he could easily access the books there. The bookshelf had all sorts of books, ranging from fictional novels to nonfictional novels, to educational novels and textbooks. Her eyes caught titles like; The Redwall series by Brian Jacques, Caddie Woodlawn by Carol Ryrie Brink, The House on Mango Street by Sandra Cisneros and a lot more. Even the Encyclopedia was in his bookshelf. And there was also some novels on the basis of business and finance. Running her hands unconsciously on the well stacked books, she walked through the spaces between the giant bookshelves. Anatomy, Physiology, Chemistry, Physics... One by one, she picked from each shelf, humming absentmindedly. In less than a minute, she slid into her favourite spot between two huge book shelves. An hour passed and then another, headphones in ear, brain on hyper speed, eyes fixed wholly on the material.. Rachel was lost to the world.

Raphael sat back down and snapped to produce a book. Then he snapped again to produce a glass of brandy, turning it silver with his touch, before starting to read.
