The last thing he pulled out was a fluffy strawberry shaped pillow. it had a winking expression and pouty lips. He turned it around to find a sticky note which read, "I'm sorry" in tiny handwriting.

Then he shook his head and hit the main road. When we got to Tara’s café, one scoop turned into three and I got my iconic five-flavor rainbow cone. A girl’s got her ways, right? (One eye wink!)

By now, everyone in the True Mates pack in the surrounding area had figured out how much power the multi-colored coated werewolves could wield. And for the first time in my life, a single werewolf with a multi-colored coat could have their pick of any mate they wanted. No one was going to tell them no or shun them because of their fur color.
