Rascal Book Novels & Stories

That morning, a pup she’d treated was still feverish, almost didn't make it. "Why is this happening?" Carlo whispered, slamming his fist against the stone wall. The pain of his knuckles cracking actually cleared his head a bit. Rosa would never have made a mistake like that. He rummaged through a chest, looking for any healing notes he might have missed. At the bottom, there was a small, hidden compartment he’d never noticed. Inside lay a small, worn leather-bound booklet. He opened the first page. Rosa’s neat handwriting met his eyes: Forbidden Rituals – Personal Notes, Do Not Read.

Everyone was talking about a prophecy and he knew nothing about it. Rosalie heard the book thumping against the wall and woke up panicked. She panicked more when Asrar wasn’t beside her. She threw off the sheets and raced out to the shared living space. She knew Ryan and Avalon where in a room beside them. Exiting the room she didn’t see Asrar anywhere which worried her. She did however see the book on the floor. Quietly walking over she lifted it and frowned. This book belonged to her grandmother. She remembered her reading it to her. ‘Dragons Gem.’ Was the ancient text on the cover. It was an old leather cased book that had gotten soft over the years. Her Grandma had made a special cover t

We began looking for the book while rissa made attempts to cast a spell to find the book, Sinclair and I exchanged stares as we looked which got me blushing. “Yes I've got it” rissa says catching all our attentions. “Ahh finally, I'm freaking tired of looking there are over a billion books here” Adonis moaned out. “Cabrai machetre findei estante” rissa said flicking all her finds. “Well did it work?” I asked after a few seconds of nothing happening and us just standing there in silence. Rissa growls out “I guess i will try…” her frown turned upside down as she pointed to a book floating towards her.

“You bet. That baby set me back three hundred big ones. Ralin’s not getting anywhere near it—at least not until we know how lethal he is.” The object of their discussion sat at the table across the room, engaged in a rare moment of quiet leafing through a picture book his grandmother had given him. The book was filled with colorful illustrations of magical creatures like dragons and unicorns, as well as wizards and warriors. Looking at the book was one of the few stationary activities capable of holding Ralin’s attention for more than five or ten minutes. Leesa supposed the book provided as good an early education into the world of magic as could be expected for a toddler. Now it was time to

“Sorry you have to face bullies. You will survive by keeping your head low but sharp and very vigilant. Raising your head high without backbone won't end well.” Riana stares at me. A beat too long. Sadness flashes in her eyes as she suddenly pulls me close for a hug. “I could literally hear the saddness in your voice. Sorry you had to go through so much.” “Ah,” she pulls away in a sudden. “I just remembered something. I saw a hidden book about red wolves. It is full of mythology and facts about you.” My eyes widen. “Where is it?” Raina takes me to her room. It's my first time entering. Mine and her room has no differences. Only that papers, files, and books are almost at every corner. There

In anger and rage, his eyes turned completely red and he disappeared from everyone's sight with the speed of light. "Have you found that thing for which you came here?" Moroi Ace Denzell stood behind Ms. Anastasia and said in a low voice, "It's very rude. Don't steal like this when the family is not in the house. Very bad manners." Hearing his voice, Ms. Anastasia got scared, and the book fell from her hands. "Hey, you are faster than I thought," he picked up the book that fell on the ground and read the name of the book in a loud voice. "Exorcism: Eldritch Werewolves by Witch Rosaline."

Raisel stared at him intently, he still had her necklace around his neck, “You have an odd colour of hair, very rare” “I could say the same for your oddly coloured blue eyes”. His hair was a ghostly white, they were full and framed his face, stopping just above his shoulders. “Anyways, I need the book” “I’m sure you have the wrong book.” “No I don’t”, Raisel replied, “I got directions to the book from the librarian" “You know what this is about right?”, he asked. “Of course I do, do you?”, she questioned. “Yes”

He hurried to it and pulled it open just far enough to see who was on the other side. Lila’s whisper was hard and urgent as she said, “Let us in.” He immediately obeyed by opening the door just far enough to allow her to slip in. Benjamin’s larger frame forced him to pull it just a bit further open before slamming it shut immediately after he’d entered the room. “This is Ben,” she offered as she moved to the center of the room. Jasper and Benjamin greeted each other with stern expressions and a curt nod. Without hesitation, the warlock produced a slender bottle containing white granules that Jasper thought might be salt and created a circle around himself.

Though the writings were a cursive one and all written in ink, all she could feel was defeat when she could hardly understand what each book was about. Only the picture in the books seems interesting enough with its colour schemes and story saying that made it worthwhile. As she walks past the shelves, walking down the red-carpeted floor that just fits the marble wall interior, Rosa found herself at the end of the room with a long, rectangular marble table. Rolls of paper, documents and books, huge books, old books, opened and covered with dust.
