Ravenloft Novelas e Histórias

The thought of Lily made her even worry the more: . “ Does Amber know about the Midnight call ceremony? I am sure …” She said to herself as she walked out of the bathroom. Her eyes gazed at the stars from the view her room had , it was almost an hour past midnight but Raven doesn’t sleep , Wolves still roam about , businesses and services still open. From her window she could see lights glowing across the town. Voices echoed faintly in the distance. Raven Pack was always alive. Always awake. “ Maybe I should go for a run and then stay at Amber’s quarters for a while , I will rush back in first thing tomorrow before the winners are announced ….It’s too lonely in here “

Raven tilted her head like she was listening to something none of us could hear. “Under everything,” she said. “Still trying to reconnect. Still waiting for me.” Marek’s expression tightened. “That’s not what it was,” he said carefully. Raven looked at him and this time there was no confusion in her eyes. “It is,” she said quietly. “It’s not a god. It’s not fate.” Her hand lifted slightly and silver fire gathered without hesitation. “It’s a containment system that turned into a parasite after the kingdom broke it by accident and kept feeding it fear for centuries.”

Her gaze was fixed on the horizon, where the first glimpses of Lyandra’s army appeared: massive Hollowborn giants, their bodies twisted by dark magic, skeletal forms reinforced with blackened iron, and soldiers bearing banners black as a moonless night. Malrik, his voice low and urgent, appeared at her side. “Raven,” he said, his tone uncharacteristically strained, “they’re larger than the scouts reported. We’re seeing the full might of the Black Dominion. You… need to prepare yourself.” Raven’s hands instinctively moved to her belly, feeling the soft but insistent flutter of the life within her. Her children heartbeats were rapid, almost thrumming in sync with the drums from the north. “I f

I almost expected a horror-movie soundtrack. They gesture me inside. My bags are already here. The room is pitch-dark, curtains drawn tight. My senses prick. Something about the place feels familiar in the worst kind of way. My eyes adjust enough to see a pair of large glass doors across the room—separating the bedroom from a mini office. A very cold, very controlled mini office. My stomach drops. My eyes widen. “This… this is Roland’s room!” My horror slips out of me before I can stop it, and all three maids startle.

I feel him forcing a shift again and I hold my fists at my temples, trying to hold in screams from the pain. I clutch my chest and my eyes take me somewhere else. I’m outside. No, inside. I’m in a garage. A thin evil-eyed man is coming for me. My hands are flying everywhere as I punch and smack. After some fighting I’m outside and looking around. It’s the apartment building Rachel lives in. And I know it like I know I’m a werewolf - I’m seeing through Rachel’s eyes. My heart bangs in my chest as I feel her fear, as I get trapped in whatever state I’m in where I can’t run to her, can’t help her.

Reyna- “It has been a week since the CEO of Wolf Tech has gone missing. For those that don’t know, he is the creator of the virtual reality game, known as Arcane Realm. The game has become exceedingly popular since it was first announced to be released a year ago. Many had lined up to purchase the gear needed to play the game. Bohdan, Cara and Ashley caught up with Rancid and Isaac in the tunnel. The vampires had excellent night vision and didn’t require the extra lights, even in total darkness. No one knew for sure how long the tunnel ran, but they figured it would be around three or four miles. At first the tunnel was lined with concrete with tubing and wire bundles running along the ceiling. As they moved on the smooth walls gave way to a broken and crumbling concrete façade and finally to Earth and soil with wood supports that held up the loose ceiling. It looked like the tunnel had never been finished and they didn’t know what they would find at the end.

(Matilda’s POV): Everything around was destroyed to the core in just a glimpse of a moment, the troops were all dead, and blood was everywhere. The surroundings were filled with horrible black smoke and the disgusting smell of dead bodies of Vampires & Werewolves making it a dreadful and unbearable scene. Some were still alive but fearing for life. Some were still trying to win the war.

She rummaged through boxes filled with forgotten memories, her heart racing with anticipation. Her fingers brushed against a worn leather journal, its edges frayed and its cover adorned with a beautiful emblem—a symbol she recognized from the stories Aunt Cleo had told her about the coven. As she opened it, the musty scent enveloped her, and the words seemed to whisper secrets of a time long past.
