Reading Novel Novels & Stories

This is going to be nice, I just know it. I spend hours cooking, snacking, reading, and it feels like a dream. My fae romance novel takes me to a land that doesn’t resemble my life and I’m so happy to lose myself in it. I’m reading along happily when I come across a word that strikes me dead. Mates. Great. Just what I was trying to forget about. I put it down and pull out the other book I brought, a historical fiction novel. No mates here, no way. Dinnertime creeps around and I spend a while making a nice risotto with a side salad and garlic bread. It’s so good it borders on s*x.

There's still long hours till morning. Checking the book in his hand, he discovered it to be a novel. 'The Red and the Black' by Stendhal. After checking the description of the book, he believed it wouldn't be bad to give it a try although he is not fond of reading novels. Leo prefer reading normal books, it doesn't matter which type it is as long as there are not romance books. Most of the romance books he read in the past are rather cliche, untrue and misleading because such love in books doesn't exist in this modern day society.

Her grandma was mortified when she read it and sadly she tore it into pieces saying she was too old for such things. Talia sat at her desk and picked up the novel she had been reading that week. She flipped through the pages till she got to where she'd been reading. Reading is what kept her sane. It drew her to a different world and allowed her to imagine her life differently. It made her forget all she was facing even though it was only for moments.

Edit: New work on Webnovel coming soon titled [Godfather World] so be sure to follow! That's it from me, I hope you enjoyed it.

Somehow, Noel pulled my phone from my hand and scrolled through the chapters. “Oh, this. Is this the story about an evil woman marrying a poor farmer’s child? And they grow their influence together?” He summed. “Yes it is! How do you know?” “I’ve read them before, but just a few chapters…” He scrolled down, seeking the newer chapters. “Wait…” Ricky’s eyebrow creased. “You read novels, Noel?” He’s asking the obvious. “Well, most of us do.” Ricky paused. “But I thought you only read ancient scriptures?”

How could Austin come up with the term? Unfortunately, those boring books were my fun. I love reading stories as it felt like pulling me into a new world. Because of that, I often found it refreshing after finishing a book, even though sometimes I would be devastated by their tragedy. And this novel, I hoped, could be a refreshment, although I doubted it. I had read the blurb and it seemed a complipated story. I enjoyed my own company, reading the novel while having a hot tea. It was such a perfect combination. It could warm me up, body and soul.

"Yeah, you know we barely do much at work these days so I'm not always tired, I figured I should go back to reading and so whenever I'm free I just do that." "Oh well, what are you reading this time? Is it one of my books?" Alicia winked at her. "Come on girl...You know I do love to read your books, but this time I decide to try something new, something different." May smiled. "Someone introduced me to a reading app as well as a new genre of a story, so...the book title iss...THE BETRAYED LUNA'S REVENGE by Purple Ink.''

She asked, the man frowned. "I've been calling you for the past five minutes now, what are you reading??" On reflex the girl pressed the book closer to her chest and stuttered… "n..nothing, it's just a silly novel" she lied, the book was a dark romance novel with scenes she very much liked to keep to herself only. Not even her closest friend knew what she was always reading or half of her fantasies.

One notable thing about her is that she is usually thoughtful. I slipped into the nightgown and walked to the drawer. I opened the second drawer and looked at the books inside including a few novels. I picked up one of the novels. It was a romance novel which is my favorite genre. I sauntered to the bed and lay on it. I opened the book and started reading. As I read, from time to time, I stole glances at Melody. She was engrossed in her knitting. I read a few pages of the novel before I drifted off to sleep.
