THE SLAVE WHO REJECTED THE ALPHA

THE SLAVE WHO REJECTED THE ALPHA

Only Romeo sat in his chair, elbows on the table, eyes fixed ahead. “Are the counselors back from Kiev?” I asked, but he did not move, just kept staring forward. “What, are we married now? You giving me the silent treatment?” Still nothing. Then, quietly: “How long has Ragnar been back, Alpha?” I exhaled through my nose. “A few days.” I could almost hear the crackle of thoughts firing in his head, feel the heat rising off him as the truth pieced itself together. Finally, he spoke. “Ragnar and Sorvane chose the same human.”

Luca glanced out the window, seeing the lightning flashing far on the horizon, closer than it should have been. “Let it come,” Luca muttered, turning back to Raven. Ragnar lifted his eyes to the sky, lightning dancing across his skin, storm clouds swirling above him as the bond anchored him, pulling him south. To her. To home. “Hold on, Raven,” he whispered, lightning cracking around him, the world illuminated in harsh white light. “I’m coming.” With a final scream of thunder, Ragnar stepped into the storm, letting it take him as the wind howled and the rain poured down, washing away the last hesitation..

"Right now, we need those names. Before Obsidian's spies realize he escaped and move up their timeline." Ragnar's eyes opened. "Three names. Remember them. Trust no one else." And he began to speak.

Auden’s Blessing

Auden’s Blessing

And besides, there hadn’t been time. “Do you know how many gods died in Ragnarök? One hundred and thirty million. Of those, fewer than seven thousand were reborn. And you—you are one of the twelve chief gods among those six thousand. Regardless of whether your power has returned, treating yourself like this—working yourself to death—amounts to nothing.”

Rejected By My Mate, I Returned As Alpha Queen

Rejected By My Mate, I Returned As Alpha Queen

Prince’s voice stopped them… Then he walked over to a table and threw a bag of coins from it. It landed on the floor in front of them.. Ragnar first moved to it, opening it and his eyes widening. Gold… a full bag of gold. “One for each of you.. and do we have a deal..” “Hell yes!” Ragnar roared. The others nodded too, some saying yes… “Good.” “Now it’s quite a simple task…I need you.. …to kill a girl named Serena..”

The Alpha's Viking Mate

The Alpha's Viking Mate

I say, telling him just small bits of the gods. “That is a lot of gods.” He says, and I nod my head. “So you are named after one of them?” He asks. “Yes. I am.” I say and smile. “Do every one of your people value wolves?” He asks. “Most fear them because of an old prophecy, that the wolf Fenris one day will kill Odin and start Ragnarok,” I tell him. “Ragnarok?” He asks and sounds interested. “Everything will be dark, cold, full of ice and snow.” I tell him and he looks at me.

The Troll Queen's Bride

The Troll Queen's Bride

"We are preparing for war. We will need every man, woman, huldre and child at arms - including the Hakkonsdottirs." Heith yawned loudly, then gave a bright laugh. "To think, in all my eighty years, I would see the rooster of Ragnarok. Pah! Tut tut, off to weary bedtime with you both, we need our rest for tomorrow's revelries - at least, these old wicked bones do. I am off to have my sweet mara sing me to sleep!" And with that, Heith hobbled out of the runic room and into the now empty long hall.

Hunters: The Prequel

Mane wondered, his curiosity getting the better of him. “This war was fought between your predecessor, the 5th Supreme, and the Chaos Beasts which sought to destroy the world. It was in this battle that the world snake fell, and Fenrir disappeared. Sutur was reduced to rocks, and every other being of chaos was trampled. This was the first appearance of Ragnarok.” “Oh?” Mane chuckled, his interest piqued. “What is Ragnarok?” he asked, for this was the first he was hearing of this. “The war of the gods,” Reiki replied simply.

I hope that’s not the end end. So many left off pieces of the story all his friends on the other world, all the other gods story lines, he’s only used his blood born weapons and armour twice. Hasn’t even made it out of dreamscape yet. Still have everything in true verse going on while he “asleep”

Mortal's choice

Mortal's choice

However she recognized a name that was written in an arch across the top. The first one she read said Fenrisúlfr then Vánagandr, before Hróðvitnir. All names she’d seen in the research that she did. One phrase she picked out as well had a name in it. Stating that here within lay Fenrir, bound by glipenir and with blade and chain he would be held until Ragnarok. She was surprised she read it so well, like it clicked in her brain. Like she could always read it. Maybe that should have been a red flag to her, but she felt kind of excited and started to walk around the thing. That scientific geek part of her driving her onward.

Engrossing, different, and the only reason why I bought more coins, so I could read the whole book. I got tired of the repetitive werewolf stories and this book really hits the spot. Thank you author!

SPACE WOLF

SPACE WOLF

He didn't know what he was up against, but he was sure he would find something and even kill the nasty Strybjorn for a deal! He looked around and tried to make eye contact with the others. There was only one person who smiled at him. Everyone else seemed lost in reality. Ragnar was not surprised. I had a lot to think about. He's been in the news so much it's hard to believe he's only been here a day. In the evening he was interrogated by Ranek. All the information he had given to the Wolf Priest's question was moved to a large leather room in the hall. He was then subjected to a physical examination, which Ranek called the Iron Priest. When things don't go well, Ragnar almost flies into a ra
