A golden light suddenly gleamed before her. Holly, who was usually reserved, immediately gasped in astonishment. "Oh, my God!" The gold-rimmed signet ring sparkled brilliantly under the candlelight, and the nine dragons glimmered with a faint golden glow. In the center, the deep-red garnet emitted a halo of translucent red light. The golden rays were projected onto the wall behind them, forming a special pattern.

"Those people will kill you without feeling remorse if they find out you're here. Swear it. Upon the Moon Goddess." I groaned. "I swear it upon the Moon Goddess that I won't leave this spot. Satisfied now?" He stared at me for long moments, his beautiful blue eyes locked into mine, and then he nodded with satisfaction. "Alright. Wait here." I waited until he was safely in the forest, then turned the opposite way he'd gone. I broke my promise and left the spot I was crouching, then slowly began to circle the perimeter of the forest, towards where the murderers stood on the edge of the garden.

’ As I stood straight, ‘Yes, ma’am,’ I said, taking the drink from her, I admired the beauty of the Luna’s attire. An off-white silk gown that flowed so perfectly around her, bejewelled with pearls all over. Even her jewellery and mask were laced with pearls. It had to be her favourite stone to wear. My attention was drawn to her hand as she brought it to her face to fix her mask, specifically what sat on her ring finger: a large moonstone on a silver band surrounded by little diamonds. It was the most beautiful thing I’d ever seen, and yet, I’d felt like I’d seen it before… Still admiring its beauty, I smiled, ‘What a beautiful ring, Luna Yurena.’

"This is my wedding ring." "What? Given your current status, shouldn't your wedding ring be crafted from moonstone?" He replied, "Seven years ago, I made this ring myself from gold. I carved it bit by bit, and I even engraved my Luna's name and mine on the inside." "Wow, there really are two names! It's Carlen and..." Carlen said, "Irene. My Luna's name is Irene Chandler." "I truly envy your Luna. She must have been blessed by the Moon Goddess to become your mate."

Which is the only thing that counts. "Ok. I won't feel bad as long as you show me the rock." I say, smiling. Elena's cheeks blush, as she looks down at her hand. She brings it up towards me. I see a stunning rose gold ring on her finger. It's shaped like a firefly, that looks as though it flew around her finger. The body of the ring has small diamonds trailing from the head of the firefly to the tail. It's absolutely stunning. "How come a firefly?" I ask.

Her fingers moved quickly across a laptop, eyes sharp and focused. “What is all this?” I asked. “Even if I explained it,” she said without looking up, “you wouldn’t understand.” “Rude.” “But accurate.” Fair enough. Something caught my eye on the table. A ring. Simple. Silver. Inlaid with faint blue markings that pulsed softly. “Ooo,” I said, picking it up. “What’s this?” “No idea,” Lily replied. “Probably a Purity artifact.” “Well,” I said, slipping it onto my finger, “it’s cute. I’m keeping it.”

He looks out the window for a bit, "I have something I want to give you." He pulls out a dark, almost black ring with a medium-sized red gemstone placed right in the center. He gently grabs my left hand, hesitating at his actions for a second, and slips it onto my ring finger. My heart begins to hammer against my chest at the smallest touch of his skin. Once I look down at the ring at a closer angle, the band of it is a dragon that hooks onto the gem from the left side, while its tail hooks onto the other side of the gem, creating the circle.

she said and I still felt fascinated to see her be so civil with us. “Did Laverna also play a part in this?” I wondered where that wicked white haired woman had been. “No, she didn’t,” Alora confessed, “That ring had been made from a special moonstone that is very rare to find. I was the one that insisted on using it and I was the one that cast it to glow blue. I was sure that if I was unable to do something then through it at least you might catch a hint of pairing the two stones together.”
