Rescue Heroes Wendy Waters Novels & Stories

Wendy Fisher loves me with all her heart. Ten years ago, she was willing to trade her life to save mine. I give up my money, power, and identity without hesitation to elope with her. But when I go into shock from blood loss after a car accident, I can't get through to her on the phone. At that moment, her assistant posts a picture on Instagram with the caption, "Reunited as a family of three, safely and happily." In the photo, I see Wendy holding the baby's hand. She's so happy that she's even forgotten to take off her wedding ring. It turns out even a love forged in life and death amounts to nothing more than this. I smile bitterly and dial my stepmother's number. "I want to restore

Wendy whispered to a girl who was standing behind her. “Really? She can be brought back to life?” West said. “Yes, but I’ll need your help. Please, come down.” Wendy said. “I don’t believe you. It’s impossible, she’s dead and gone. Stop trying to give me hope when there is none, it only hurts the more.” West said and ran to the other side of the rooftop where no one was so that no one would attempt to catch him if he fell and he let himself go as he fell to the ground.

She said with a faint smile. “Just be careful.” Leonel sighed and I was taken aback by his worry for her. “Don’t worry about her, she once burned a tower on her own back in Luster.” Stella said, gaining everyone’s attention. “What?” “Wendy always does this. She was the one who led the wolves on Jared’s attack too.” I sighed. “Moving on.” I said sternly. “Wendy is going to lure Ravel and his people to the Mansion, where I would take him on.”

Kian Jaxton called around early, just like he said he would. He hadn’t been able to sleep a wink either. Gia had fallen asleep during the early hours after exhaustion won over and dragged her into the land of dreams. Kellen woke up the same time as I did and helped me to feed the twins. Jax made Blaze some pancakes using bottled water he brought from the Clubhouse. The Clan leaders urged the local businesses to chip in and lend a helping hand. It meant that water and food parcels went out to those who were in dire need of aid, and it surprised us all when the Forest Hills ranger Jeeps drove through the slums distributing handouts. The once forgotten people of the Hills had been remembered, a

Wendy looked at me hesitantly, then walked over to the watch. She lowered her gaze. The worn back revealed the deep engraving: "WLFK." Her expression faltered, but Hayden noticed it and pulled her into his arms. "Wendy, my hand hurts. Look." Sure enough, Wendy's attention shifted to him. She took out some antiseptic and carefully dabbed it on his hand. "You're so careless. What if you get a scar on your pretty hands?" she scolded.

The shock on his face was worth every drop of that cursed beverage. But I wasn't done. Oh no. As Greg struggled to regain his composure, attempting to wipe the whiskey from his eyes, I channelled my inner superhero. With lightning speed and precision, I unleashed a perfectly aimed knee straight into his precious manhood. The sound of his agonized yelp reverberated through the room as he crumpled to the floor like a wilted flower.

Iris “Mother?” Arthur takes a step forward. “What are you doing here?” Wendy stands in the hallway, flanked by two officers. Her face is pale, her makeup smudged from what looks like tears. She looks nothing like the composed, cold woman I’ve come to know. Far from it, in fact. “I wanted to stop him,” she chokes out. “I was too late.” Arthur’s jaw clenches. “You mean Leonard. Yes, you are too late. He’s not going to see the outside of a cell for a long, long time.”

"I don't know. It just felt like ... like something inside me clicked, you know?" I shake my head. "No, I don't know. I've never seen anything like that before." Wendy looks around at the destruction she caused, a little horrified. "I didn't mean to do all of that. I just wanted to help you." "You did." I put my hand on her arm, and she turns to face me. "You're amazing." Worry is etched across her face. "I'm just glad you're okay. We need to get you some medical attention."

He might even lose his life. After he took a good look around the area, Wendy finally realized that he was gone, and she immediately panicked. "Noah? Where are you, Noah?" If something were to happen to him, she figured Xavier would skin her alive. As she thought of that, she trembled in fear. Just then, Noah entered the room with a glass of water. "Are you tired, Ms. Wendy? Have some water." When Wendy saw him, she let out a breath of relief. Because of how smart and adorable he was, she had already forgotten to take care of him like a toddler.

Wendy screamed, "Lance, if you walk away today, I'll jump from the second floor!" Lance paused. When he looked at Wendy standing on the balcony, he only felt more irritated. He then quickened his pace and left. The next second, Wendy really jumped. "Wendy!" … At the hospital, the doctor emerged from the ER. He said, "Mr. and Mrs. Walker, don't worry. Ms. Wendy only has some minor injuries." "But she donated a kidney before, and she's had some hallucinations from past trauma. Doctor, please do a full examination on her," Gemma said, still feeling uneasy.
