It had been over a year now since Rick's father had been killed. So much had changed in the lives of Rick and Debbie. Not the least of which was the birth of the triplets. They were going to be a handful when they grew up, and Rick and Debbie wanted the time to spend with them now.

“This isn’t your pack. You should have returned to us.” I stiffened at his words, anger bubbling just beneath the surface. “Returned to you?” I repeated, my voice incredulous. “You expect me to return after everything your pack has done to me? He took his wife's sales for the day and ran away on his horse, leaving sixteen year old Nicholas with the corpse of his mother and little to nothing to feed with. Rick Stetson ran away so as not to face the law, leaving his teenage son to deal with the outcome of what his drunken state and uncontrolled state has caused. Nicholas stayed up all night holding the body of his poor mother, he had no time to think of his father at that moment except for the fact that he killed her.

I suspect Alpha Adam will want to do the same for his Pack. Interestingly my son did not inherit any of my wiccan traits. He is one hundred percent Beta wolf like his daddy. I love the relationship between Rick and our pup. He is the best father I have ever seen, and I am so proud to call them both mine. My heart grows daily with the love I feel for both my darlings.

Elsa was also here and the other lady. “Uncle Rick?”. This must be Alpha Wick's daughter then. But then why couldn’t she recognize her father. I mean according to his story, he looks like his brother but I didn’t accept the similarities to be undifferentiated. But then, I have never seen the real Rick. “L-Lucy…..” Alpha Wick called out. “How can you still be alive uncle Rick? Das told us that you died in the rogue attack twelve years ago.” Lucy explained looking lost.

He screams, letting go of Austin and running to the side where his not so alive son lies. "Fuck, fuck, fuck." He curses, grabbing hold of his son's head and cradling it as he lets out a loud bellow of pain, with his wolf surfacing, before he goes back to his human form and weeps bitterly.
