Coffin Without Honour

Coffin Without Honour

In fact, I didn't think Murnot knew how to express any emotion. Lixiss continued to lead me through the corridors. I knew where we were going. I'd attended countless Rites of Passages and other ceremonies, each of them held in the same chamber. Though admittedly, I'd never gone adorned in such finery and priceless coven artefacts. Eventually, we came to a stop outside the only door crafted from oak wood and infused with

The Divine Undertaker

The Divine Undertaker

As he finished, the footlong coffin shrunk to the size of a palm and kept hovering over Bigby's palm. Everyone including Caleb was speechless for a while, until Caleb took the dimensional coffin and exclaimed, "Bigby, you are a goddamn genius!" With the dimensional coffin, his secret would stay hidden. And once he took the red coffin, he started dumping all the corpses in it, when Tia called out, "Wait!" She seemed to notice something and ran up to one of the black-clad corpses, pulling out a short sword right then. She scowled when she saw it.

Hunter and the Hybrid princess

Hunter and the Hybrid princess

She kept on walking, the stairs circling down deeper into the pits of the dungeons, then opened to a cobweb and damp ridden set of rooms, cages rusted away and broken, not used longer than she lived. "—Yes, my dear young countess, come to me–" Rebecca found another wooden door, pushing at the knob it fell open out of its hinges, the slam of its collapse echoed through the dungeons, and there in the middle was the stone coffin. 'Vampire wake up! This is a trap! Can't you see it!?' "Silence wolf, you had your fun with the high alpha" 'This isn't the time to be jealous you stupid bitch! Can't you feel the evil inside that coffin!?'

Instantly! Everyone presented widened their eyes and looked at the scene in front of them in disbelief. So it was! He didn't know when! The coffins that had fallen to the ground began to shake nonstop. Creaking sounds were being emitted from the coffins nonstop... It was as if! There seemed to be something terrifying in the coffin? "What's going on? What's in the coffin?" One of the Iron Fist Academy disciples muttered to himself, his face deathly pale.

Enjoying the book tremendously, the characters names and even the tone of the author changed in the last 1/3 of the book was a bit confusing but was able to adjust to the changes the plot is definitely engaging and keeps you pushing to see how it all plays out for Zepher but it seem to abruptly?

Anything For You

Anything For You

’ He thought. Soon, the flat ground rose and a coffin appeared out of it. The coffin was way too old as if it had been buried thousands of years ago, but all clean and carved with the same wood as the house was made of. The lights suddenly lit in the house and the dust-covered corners got cleared of any signs of dreary.

The Billionaire Who Ruined My Wedding

The Billionaire Who Ruined My Wedding

Elena shouted: “Because it is not a cabinet!” Roselyn inserted the brass key. A click echoed. Then another. And the entire back wall shuddered. Doctor Mirelle smiled. At last. Satisfied. “No one ever listens until architecture answers.” The wall split vertically. Cold air burst through. Behind it stood a narrow stone chamber— and inside that chamber rested a black coffin. Not wood. Metal. Sealed. Old scratches across its surface. No name. No date. Only one engraved symbol Aurelia recognized instantly from Clara’s hidden file.

Bloodscript: Survival Game of the Reborn

Bloodscript: Survival Game of the Reborn

Dusty and dark, the size of a coffin, edges bound in metal bands etched with tiny words too small to read. It rose until it sat fully above the sea of paper, long and heavy and unmistakably coffin‑shaped. Except where a coffin would have a lid, this had a cover. Like a book. A book so big it could only have been made to bury someone in. The “cover” creaked, splitting along its spine. The top half lifted a few inches, then a few more pages and paper sliding off it in small avalanches until, with a reluctant crack, it fell open.

Return of the Billionaire's Ugly Wife

What is 'Where Tears Meet the Split Sky'? "What is this? Why is the coffin missing? That coffin was made with special materials so it wouldn't deteriorate. This is serious! Let’s disband... this will bring bad luck... someone has also come back to life after being pronounced dead. Everything is so strange... let's go quickly," said the people present at the burial site. Everyone at the funeral began to disperse, starting to fear it was a bad omen if a coffin was stolen and a grave desecrated, as per local belief. David instructed his guards to secure the area and ensure Olivia’s mother’s grave was respectfully re-sealed.

Fake Vow, True Luna

Fake Vow, True Luna

There was a long, silent moment as she stared down at the coffin, and as I stared at her. “The corner pieces?” she asked suddenly, whipping her head around to look at the funeral director. “Where are they?” The funeral director nodded and pulled a box out. He opened the lid and held it out to us; four brass corner pieces sat inside, one for each corner of the coffin. A crescent moon, a rose, an oak tree, and a sparrow. New beginnings, love, strength, and hope. But none of those things had saved our son. … “We are here today to lay to rest a small, but mighty, soul…”

My Seven Gorgeous Women

Its surface shimmered with intricate runes, forming a sinister array that exuded an eerie and oppressive aura. With a thunderous crack, the coffin lid flipped open, and a chilling black shadow shot out, transforming into a venomous serpent lunging at Chase. Chase scoffed while swiping his palm. The shadow dissipated instantly under the force of his strike. A pained wail echoed from within the coffin. Marais' heart sank. The Phantom Coffin was his masterpiece that had consumed years of effort, yet it was now utterly destroyed. "You little bastard!" he bellowed in fury.
