I added "No need for that, I wanna make sure you're home safe." He smirks at me and dang it! My heart raced. "Uhm, thank you so much." I shyly smiled. He shrugs and faces the road, I can't believe he is actually giving me a ride home. I mean we just met and he is acting really nice to me, I thought Suzanne said he is not friendly towards others. "Thank you so much Chad." I said to him immediately we both got out from his car. I still couldn't believe he would drive me home tho.

“I’ve always been with you. You just kept me hidden.” Charlene’s eyes widened as the woman lifted an arm and pointed to her own forearm. A soft light pulsed, and an intricate mark appeared—mirroring the same symbol that had once been on the legendary spear. The mark on the woman’s skin spread, glowing across her forehead. “I am you, and you are me. We are one, Trinity. The spear, you, and me—we are Fates.” Charlene’s pulse pounded in her ears. “What?! That’s insane! I don’t know who or what you are, but I am NOT a Fate!”

Keron returned fire with a normal setting, his aim directed at the Rider's face. Within three shots, the straw hat of the Dusk Rider flew to the ground but the next series of shots scorched its face beyond recognition. The Dusk Rider uncontrollably fell face first, staining the iridescent sand with its own gore. Movement was felt behind Keron and he whirled to respond to the threat. There, a Dusk Rider with his sword drawn snuck up behind and advanced at him, mouth agape and yelling a quiet cry.

I was right behind them now. The first-place rider suddenly slowed slightly, just enough to force the mysterious rider to pull right. Another rider appeared from nowhere, speeding toward her side like he wanted to send her flying. But they weren’t backing off. This was way too deadly. I felt dread wash over me. Then I saw it—the rider at the back. He suddenly raised his arm. Something metallic glinted in his hand. A launcher. A small one. “What the actual fuck is going on?” Then the homing rocket shot forward. But it moved too fast, glowing red and blue as it launched straight for the mysterious rider's bike.

The blade glowed with a lethal light, charged with our combined power. Rider Storm’s eyes widened as we approached, the realization of his impending doom dawning on him. “No!” he roared, but it was too late. With a swift, powerful strike, I plunged the blade into his heart. A blinding light erupted from the wound, and Rider Storm let out a final, anguished scream before crumbling to the ground. The silence that followed was deafening. The rogues, sensing their leader’s defeat, scattered into the night. We stood amidst the ruins of the battlefield, panting and bloodied but victorious.

Etched into it was the Brawnstorm crest, a storm-wolf howling into the wind. “This is it,” Kael said, climbing out before turning to offer his hand again. “Home.” I hesitated. The air was colder than I was used to, but the chill wasn’t what made me shiver, it was the quiet. No scolding voices. No sharp footsteps down polished halls. No Jared. Just wind and snow, and him. I took his hand. His people bowed their heads respectfully as we passed through the gates. None looked away in disgust, none wrinkled their noses at my scent.

His words were clipped, his eyes boring into Zaiden’s like he could end the whole argument with a stare. Zaiden’s jaw flexed. “Maybe you should learn to move faster. Or are you waiting for a written invitation? She’s already mine. Fate picked.” “You think I care about fate?” Zyran shot back, voice lowering as the air grew heavier. “I make my own fate. If you want her, you’ll have to fight for her. And you know how that ends for you.”

“Stand down—or fall with him.” The scarred rider lowered his weapon slowly, eyes narrowing. Then he nodded once. “We’re done here.” One after another, the rest turned their bikes, engines rumbling into the night until the circle was broken for good. Silence fell. Dust settled. Only Rafe remained, kneeling in the dirt, his breath ragged. He looked up at me, eyes blazing through the blood. “You should’ve killed me when you had the chance.” I held his gaze, my chest heaving. “Maybe. But this way? You get to live with the taste of failure.”

her eyes were misty as she asked. "Zenia, I want you to know that we are fated" He replied instead "Fated?!"she scoffed. "What fucking fate?" "I do not know why, I do not know how I got invovled with a feeble human like you, but all I can say for now is that we are fated"he continued despite her reaction. "The fate you talk about has destroyed me!"she yelled, tears finally leaving her eyes. "Maybe because you run away from it" he suggested.

His nose became runny, and he felt like grieving for the lost lives of the twins. His future together with Elinor flashed before his eyes. It slowly crumbled to pieces and then a harsh wind took it all away. "You unworthy bastard," a cold, beastly voice spoke. Colin turned to look who was it, but before he could, a huge blow to his head was applied. "Bloody tarnation!" Rider exclaimed at the unexpected arrival of the rogue. It was the one who they'd been watching from above the trees. Rider thought he was long dead, but now he knows that he's wrong.
