replied Gerald in a casual tone. “I see… I go by Futaba Fujiko, and I’m part of Japan’s special forces. I’m here to participate in a special forces competition. Unfortunately, I somehow ended up getting sneak attacked by enemies of my family. Had you not stepped in, I would’ve surely died back there…” explained Fujiko as she shook her head.

It's a good book as far as I have read so far. I'm getting discouraged, though. I'm running out of patience and time for these types of stories. "Neverending" stories where some chapters repeat themselves for some reason or other drives me bunkers. Just saying. I prefer shorter stories.

The Dragon Thief

‘It is for dragons,’ Bynjym says. There’s Soma, red Tyffyn’s rider, Shao, bronze Jyshy’s rider, Carme, blue Jynyc’s rider, Mara, who I saw before, but didn’t know that she was red Ymyl’s rider. There’s Aris, green Cylyb’s rider, Elina, blue Jynnyf’s rider, Dion, green Nythyn’s rider, and finally Mihai, green Chyrlys’ rider. “It’s nice to meet all of you,” I say politely.

and the door was left a bit ajar by mistake, enough for nosey people to peek. And that’s what exactly Eira did as curiosity got the best of her and she peeked in. As she peeked into the room, she saw the fighter who was fighting in the ring talking to someone and that someone was a person you were familiar with. Maceo Gonzalez. He was in the same group as Sorin and they were close friends. She frowned wondering exactly what he was doing here and so now her curiosity increasing she inched a little more towards the door that was left slightly open.

The Alpha Twins Plaything

The Alpha Twins Plaything

The sound of hooves suddenly echoed from the forest path. Every guard raised their weapons. The riders emerged slowly from the trees. Six wolves. All mounted on dark horses. But something about them felt… different. Their armor wasn’t the black steel worn by Malrik’s warriors. Instead, each of them wore a silver insignia shaped like a crescent claw. Darius straightened. “Well,” he said quietly, “That’s interesting.” The riders stopped at the edge of the settlement. None of them reached for their weapons. The leader dismounted slowly and stepped forward.

Falling for Her Ruthless Captor

Falling for Her Ruthless Captor

“But they don’t know that yet.” A horn blasted in the distance. Not loud. Not frantic. But close. Warning. I didn’t think. I just moved. Asher was already shifting before the echo finished. He tore toward the south ridge as I sprinted behind him, my heart hammering. Wolves exploded from tents, weapons drawn, growls rising as we all converged on the source. And then I saw them. A dozen riders—mounted on massive, obsidian-scaled beasts that looked like they’d crawled straight out of the underworld—charging through the outer tree line. Their leader wore crimson armor, a black banner trailing behind him with a familiar crest burned into it.

FROM RUIN TO RULE

FROM RUIN TO RULE

Their armor was unlike anything I had seen before, dark metal that moved with their bodies like it was part of them. They rode horses that were definitely not normal. Bigger, faster, with eyes that glowed faintly red in the darkness. The lead rider pulled ahead of the others and stopped about twenty feet from our ledge. He dismounted in one fluid motion and walked toward us, his movements precise and controlled. His hair was dark with streaks of copper running through it, and his eyes were gold, bright and sharp like coins catching firelight. "Sylari Crescent," he said. His voice was deep and smooth. "We've been looking for you."

Claimed Beneath the Blood Moon

Claimed Beneath the Blood Moon

The sky stretched vast and pale above, the kind of sky that made every sound feel sharper, every movement more exposed. They arrived at midday on the third day, twenty Blackthorn riders in tight formation. Damien and Ashley rode at the fore, black cloaks snapping behind them like wings. Clara flanked Ashley on the right, Gideon on Damien's left, Ronan bearing the silver-thorn banner high. The rest fanned out in a loose crescent, hands resting near sword hilts, eyes scanning the opposite ridge.

Bound to the Devil Alpha

Recognition. And beneath it, through the bond, Lydia felt something she had not expected from him at all. Dread. Movement broke from the shadows below. Riders. Fast and silent, climbing toward them in a spread formation that said they had seen the three of them long before being seen in return. Elira exhaled. “Too late to choose.” The lead rider halted halfway up the slope, moonlight catching on hard features and a scar across his brow. Darian Voss looked up at Logan, then at Lydia, then at Elira.
