“Everything you asked for,” Garret said, handing it over. “You want a summary?”
DeMarco nodded, his hands clammy.
Garret sat across from him, folding his hands on the desk. “Your wife,” he began, “is not seeing another man. She hasn’t been unfaithful, not as far as I can tell. Most of the nights she’s away, she goes to her parents’ house. They live about thirty minutes outside the city. She spends a few hours there and sometimes stays overnight. She visits her friend Julie occasionally, but not as often as you might think. I have pictures, logs, and addresses, if you want to see them.”
