Soon, no one talked anymore; the only sounds I could hear were people continuing their training and Elijah's voice. "First, we build your foundation," he said. The next hour was a flurry of movement, shifting my weight from one foot to the other, pivoting, stepping forward and back, always keeping my balance low and steady. We walk to estate’s private shooting range.
