Four rogues, spilling out of Elana’s apartment window with Gabby in their claws. “Uncle Damon,” she cries. “No!” I bellow. Tears rolls down my cheeks as I lunge forward. I slam into the nearest rogue, my claws ripping through his shoulder. He howls in pain as his blood sprays across the tile. I spin, catching another across the face. Gabby screams, as her capture turns toward me. Her little arms fail wilding, and she digs a finger into the rogue’s eye. He screams, dropping her to the ground, clutching his face.

It's not like he remembered our past, right? “In the year 204, the head of humans and the Alpha King established a contract. It was to establish the unity of the two species. Because of that contract, humans and werewolves lived peacefully together without killing each other. However, despite the contract, there are still werewolves who don't obey the law. They are called rogues. Rogues are those who are banned or kicked in a pack. The pack will no longer have the responsibility to protect a werewolf once they become a rogue, which is why it will also be easy for the rogue hunters to hunt rogues.”

As they walked by the gaming area, Robin pulled on his hand and dragged him to the machine for picking stuffed bunnies. "Drew I love this, get it for me please," she pleaded with puppy eyes. "Sure, anything you want, so how do we get the bunny?" He asked the person in charge of the machine. "You just have to scan the QR code here to pay and then move this lever to grab the bunny from inside. It is all about luck, most people spend a lot on this and don't finally get the bunny. This must be your girlfriend right? She seems very eager to get the bunny, so please give it a try." The attendant replied with a polite smile.

As he screams out, I drive the dagger into his chest and he falls to the ground. In general, rogues are weaker than wolves that belong to a pack. They don't have the strength that comes from the unity of being in a pack. Wolves are social creatures, and their wolves weaken significantly without that bond to an Alpha. Many rogues are on their own for years before they join other rogues, so they weaken a great deal. However, just because these rogues are weaker, they have the upper hand right now. With just four more to go, I can feel my body becoming sluggish. All my energy sources have been depleted in the last five weeks and I'm just running on pure adrenaline at this point.

“Honey, if I wanted to talk to Rose or Julia, I would have at breakfast this morning. They both send their regards. As for this Amber, she’s like a sister to me and Ty would kill me if I messed with his little cousin. No, I’m here to talk to you, honey. You’re needed cause your daddy won’t do his job for us.” “What are you talking about?” “My name’s Jay Samuels. I’m a member of the Shadow Pack. Yeah, I know you don’t know the name. We’re new in town, and a few people are even calling us rogues. Because of that, your daddy won’t treat a couple of our injured members. Rose says you’re as good a healer if not better than your daddy. She wants you to come look at them. Her daddy’s men did a real

But before I could make a move, the head of the rogues spotted me. He strolled toward my direction while his rogue army fought savagely against the storm pack warriors. “Well, what do we have here?” he snarled, his voice dripping with menace as he wiped the blood from his jaws. “My little rabbit comes crawling back; it must be my lucky day.” His eyes gleamed with malice as he lunged towards me. I barely had time to react, diving out of the way as his claws swiped through the air where I had been standing.

What did they want? Suddenly, a low, menacing growl cut through the night. The rogues froze, their ears twitching. “What was that?” one of them whispered. Before anyone could answer, a dark figure leapt from the shadows. A massive wolf-its fur black as midnight-charged at the rogues with terrifying speed. “Kill him!” one of them shouted. But the wolf was too fast. It tore into them with brutal precision, fangs flashing and claws slicing through fur and flesh. The rogues howled in pain, their grips on me loosening.

Only his heavily tattooed arms and neck gave away the bad-boy side to the deadly beast underneath. “Bunny, the tech-wiz.” “Hi!” Bunny instantly waved back, a wide grin splitting his lips. Bunny was the kind of person you’d expect to find in a grandma’s basement. A little chubby, but not overly so, and a face that made all the girls swoon. He had kind, blue eyes, a killer smile, and with sandy blond hair, he was practically irresistible. Despite being patched in, he was the youngest patched member there was, even younger than some of the prospects. But he’d proven his worth to the club on more than just one occasion. No, he couldn’t shoot straight to save his life and he didn’t know a bolt fr

Its movement was unsteady and slow. I jumped out of my hiding spot, rolling away from the rogue as its body slammed into the tree with a loud thud. It hissed, shaking its head to gain his balance, locking eyes with me as I stood. Taking a defensive stance, I was ready to fight the rogue as it crouched again, anger oozing from its eyes for missing me on its first attack. Frustration grew in his eyes at hyper speed. The rogue became increasingly agitated as it salivated. It would do anything to have its meal.
