The Guardian Rogue

The Guardian Rogue

"Yeah, Justin refused to accept that I dumped him. He kept showing up at my house and at my job. No matter what I did or where I was, it felt like every time I looked up, there he was, watching me. I just had to get away from it. So, when you had your stroke, it was an easy choice. I work retail, so it isn't like my job is life and death for anyone. You needed me, and I needed to be here. Who knows, maybe this is where I was always meant to be, and I will find my mate. I'm just happy Alpha Harrison was kind enough to let me in. I told him why, and he did not hesitate to tell me I was welcome and would be safe from people like Justin." "Alpha Harrison is a good man. His father, Alpha Jonathan

The Rogue & The Rose

The Rogue & The Rose

Wouldn’t a man want his lost mate back? “Nothing adds up nicely. He’s been sloppy in a few places, but not in others. So, once we have enough information, we can take him down in the modern method, but if he insists on the old ways. I will meet him one on one. He’ll be in for a surprise, though. I’m not someone who’s easily killed. I’ve survived far worse than he can dish out.” Rose didn’t like the sound of that. Ty’s expression hardened in a way that seemed unnatural for him. He must have had something more in his past than what he’d spoken of. He’d only mentioned that he and the others were in the military. Gods, they’d fought in recent human wars. That was a chilling realization for Rose.

and rub all around my body ,and afterwards light sponging ,to get my dirty body squeaky clean ,i step out the shower trying to dry the water in my hair with my tower ,i walk to my drawer and pick up my hair dryer sitting on top of it , and that gets the job done much faster and a lot better than the towel ,i open my draw and reach for a new pair of pink undies ,well my wolf really likes the color pink, I'll much rather go for color red instead .since I'm going for a run i think ill much rather get dressed in a track suit instead ,i took out my black track suit ,and a white pair of trainers ,i put in an extra track suit ,into my back pack ,just in case , i decide I'm going to put on a whi

My Rogue Mate

My Rogue Mate

All Sigmas heads are shaved monthly to take away their beauty. “Come,” he held his hand out to me. As I took his hand, sparks shot through my entire body, and in that moment, I never wanted to let go. He led me outside. We were surrounded by woods. Many people surrounded the house. They were in deep discussion with each other. Along the outskirts of the small property, I could see tents set up, some merchant tents, others with couches and beds thrown in them. Rope lights hung from the trees and pathway lights lit up walking trails from one tent to the next. There was a huge firepit in the middle. It reminded me of a gypsy’s camp.

His Rogue

His Rogue

I replied and flipped my hair. We were all done with our meal and sharing stories by the camp fire when one of the warriors, I think his name was Camie, asked " Luna. What did it feel like to be a rogue?" another warrior nudged him hard " Insensitive much?"" Oh no it's fine. It's fine" I said quickly. They kept quiet, " Well for starters, Rogues live their lives on the run most of the time. But that's more common for those who weren't part of a rogue pack, like me, although I did have one--" "--but she was banished" Felix cut in.

Born Rogue

Born Rogue

“You slept for so long that I began to worry you would never wake up.” “How long was it?” I rasp, my voice hoarse from a combination of disuse and lack of water. “Five days,” the man responds. “Who are you?” I interrupt before he can continue. “Ah. Of course. Where are my manners? I forgot to introduce myself. I am Clay Denvo. The king of the rogues,” he says as he gestures widely with his arms. “I didn’t know that the rogues have a leader,” I respond coolly.

ROGUE

ROGUE

His gaze following every single movement Jayson made, if I didn't hate him and kind of want him dead, then I probably would have appreciated his protection a little more. "Who says I took them down without any help?" I returned the question without hesitation. "There's not a man out there is stupid enough to help a rogue. They especially wouldn't dare help a rogue who was residing so close to the border of another territory," Jayson replied with confidence. "If that's the case then I guess I took them all down on my own. Me, a week she-wolf who has been living the life of a rogue for ten years, single handedly killed eighty of your best fighters. Men who had been trained from the age of twel

Turned Rogue

Turned Rogue

To bad he would not be able to help me escape, he must be loyal to his Alpha or he would be kicked out of the pack and end up turning rogue. Which meant no leader and other packs kill rogue on sight due to their lawlessness and no loyalty. They are like rodents eating your vegetables in the garden. No one liked rogues. Funny enough that is what I was, my brother and parents. We had to leave our pack behind because of Alpha Keeram, many packs feared him. Unfortunately mine was one of them, my Alpha Jake feared him so much so, that he was going to hand me over like a present. That's why we had no other choice but to go rogue and hide.

Going Rogue

Going Rogue

It might not be necessary to shift, and it will be much easier to fight if I’m not wearing a dress. As soon as I’m dressed, I step outside and immediately hear a snarl. I turn to the left and there is a brown rogue wolf stalking towards me. You can always identify the rogues because they look mangey and deranged, like a dog who’s been abused and beaten. His fur is filthy, with a few patches missing, and he smells like vulture vomit. The combination of death and decay mixed with the burning, acidic scent of vomit is the worst possible combination.

This was actually a really good book. Glad I gave it a try. She really was trying to help in her own way but some people are just so selfish. I hate that she had to go through all of that but I’m glad she got a happy ending.

Good story, different from many other stories and there was some surprises... Really a tragic story even if it ended well in the end. I did skip easy over some parts to get faster through the story, but the plot was interesting.
