Rogue Trader Daemon Blade Novels & Stories

Blade stated. “He still cares for Maddison isn’t he?” I wondered out loud. “Of course... he doesn't simply forget about her.” I let out a phony laugh. So, what else am I expecting? “Crystal.” Blade said. “I warned you, Liam isn't easy to come by, especially with-” “O-Okay! Okay, stop right there. I- I understand.” As I adjusted my position, I cleared my throat. Blade shrugged as he clasped his hands together and placed them on the table, his gaze lingering on me. “So, what part of the vineyard are you discussing?” he said.

“Now tell us where Lucious is. We need to end this. We need justice for everyone he’s hurt — including you.” “So I was working with him…” Blade whispered. “The man who killed my mom and my mate…” His voice shattered. Julius stepped forward. “He manipulated you. That’s what he does.” Blade let out a hollow laugh. “He promised me something,” he said. “What?” I asked. Blade stared at the floor for a long moment, then spoke in a flat, empty voice. “He promised me an antidote. He said he would save Doris and make her mine.”

Tangerine demanded, on guard. The man held up his hands in a peaceful gesture. "My name is Blade. I'm a hunter, but I'm not here to fight you. I'm here to help." Tangerine eyed him warily. "Why should I trust you?" Blade sighed. "I know you don't trust hunters, but I'm not like the others. I've been tracking the rogue vampires, and I know that they're planning something big. Something that could destroy everything." Tangerine frowned. "What do you mean?"

She shook her head in response to Blade’s questioning stare and tightened her lips to show how much she disapproved of it. I was left confused as to why Blade was requiring the old lady’s permission to reveal whatever was bothering him to me. I placed my other hand on our intertwined hands. “Please tell me, I am tired of being left in the dark. You just asked me to trust you and I do, why can’t you trust me?” His eyes met mine again and he leaned down to kiss my palm. “I trust you.” “Then tell me.” The old lady was seething inwards but Blade ignored her. “I have a condition.” He began. “I… I am somehow cursed.”

"Why? What do I have done? Tell me in detail, Blade." Blade struck the table in exasperation with her clench fist. "Don't act innocent, you pervert!" "Pervet? No. Didn't you want it? But your meat juices for me." "Shut up!" Blade threw him the table knife, which made a cut in Lorcan's face. Hearing him talk about it pissed her off. Although she really despises it, she could not deny that her wolf willingly accepted him. It makes her crazy as hell.

After returning to his allotted guest house, Blade settles his mate on his bed and then at the guidance of his Cheetah, Luther, he returns to the dungeons. He stops in front of another cell and observes the six werewolf rogues within. He smirks as he says, “Who wants to get out of here?” One rogue goes to step forward but is pulled back by another as he growls, “What’s the catch?” “Just a small donation of your blood.” The rogue that spoke steps closer a smirk tugging at his thin lips,

Daphne shook her head as she entered, “Do you know anything?” “He went hunting rogues on his own again,” Blade said the same way he usually did. Mamie shook her head and headed to the kitchen to make some tea. “I’m sure he’ll be back soon. You’re welcome to stay here until he gets back.” Blade didn’t know what else he could say. He’d promised not to tell her anything, but it was clear that Daphne wasn’t buying the excuse. He’d have to try and convince Arthur to talk to her or at least stop worrying her so much.

After contemplating for a bit, he spoke up, "Let me see what level blueprint it is, then I'll clear the path for you two." Navi then sent Blade Warlord a trade request. After he accepted, Navi placed the blueprint within the trade window, allowing Blade Warlord to look over the details of the blueprint. Seeing that it was an intermediate plant harvesting kit blueprint, a flush of excitement appeared in his eyes but he forcefully suppressed it once again. Giving him enough time to look, Navi then canceled the trade, prompting the window to disappear. She then looked towards the scowling Blade Warlord with indifferent eyes before speaking, "My path?"

Blade watched under half closed eye lids as Rain and the woman she called Babe left the room. Then he turned his head slightly to see Greer watching him carefully. Greer had moved over to lean against the wall at the foot of his bed. “I know you can see me, asshole.” Greer growled. “You aren’t fooling anyone here.” Blade opened his eyes and stared at him. “I know you don’t believe me but I really don’t remember the man you were talking about before.” He hesitated then asked, “Did I really do all that shit?”

Briella looked thrilled, gazing at Woody with an expression full of excitement. "Young man, the fact that you can remain so calm in my presence only points to one thing." Ghost Blade picked up a sharp knife with barbs and said with a sinister tone, "You obviously don't know who I am, which is why ignorance makes you fearless. "Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Ghost Blade. Very soon, you'll truly understand why I have this name, because I'm going to peel your skin off inch by inch and lay it in front of you!
