Cicero definitely heard every word through his own earpiece because he suddenly extends a hand toward the silent leader, a false but very genuine-looking smile on his face as if he’s elated to be doing this. He’s making them think that he is overly excited that they chose him to do this. "A handshake?" he gestures and steps forward, but their leader immediately takes half a step backward. Cicero shakes his head and opens both hands as if in surrender. "I'm sorry." He lets out a small laugh. "I don’t mean to frighten you. I’m just super excited.” Both spokesmen immediately move between Cicero and their leader. "That's enough. Step back now." One of them says.

The vehicle had a sticker of the Casa Roma logo and a not for rent statement on the lower door frame. “Thanks Lio,” Ethan greeted as soon as they get on the car. The driver, Lio, was one of the most loyal worker of the Roma Family. For him serving the Roma was a privilege. He is already 53 and had already been Darrem's butler when the kid was just 7. Lio just nodded and watch the new faces on the head mirror. He stared at the lady on the glasses, and find her frame familiar, but didn't said anything about it.

The Consul was known for his annoying boasts but just like every other subject under him, he laughed so he wouldn’t get on his bad side. “You are wiser than your peers. I wouldn’t have thought of that even if I lived a thousand years”. Cicero laughed again. “You are correct”. Renato squeezed his hands on his thighs to prevent himself from snapping. The Consul offered him a glass of wine but he refused with another stiff smile. “Ah, you’re still as boring as ever”. Cicero commented. Renato scoffed lightly. “I would love to be in my right senses when I discuss important issues”. He replied.

She looked at him narrowing her eyes, before looking at him calmly as she said "Forget it. I came here because there is something important. There is no doubt that I will be punished for it, but this is easy. You know that I really love you. You are the most handsome person I have ever seen in my life." He laughed very hard, looking at her and the little fairy smiled before her looks changed to sadness "What's wrong, Nero?" Lucien said as he found her features changing to sadness “The wise woman was called by Governor Celine, and embodied her and went to tell your mate the truth.”

He leaned in slightly, his shadow falling across the middle of the table. "A general named Camillus, a man the Senate had exiled years earlier over some petty grudge, walked into the square with an army behind him," Killian said, his voice dropping lower. "He kicked the scales over with his own foot. He told them Rome doesn't buy its freedom back with gold. It takes it back with iron. Then he took command again, like he'd never left." The room stayed quiet. Killian came around the chair and sat down at the head of the table, settling into it the way a man settles behind his own desk after a long trip.

"Cicero." Julien greeted with concealed relief, letting the great phenomenal man into his house. Cicero flung the script in his face. "Still needs a lot of work." He grunted, his eyes moving distastefully around the home. Julien smiled nevertheless. Cicero would never visit just to tell him his script needed extra attention. "You like it?" He asked as they moved further into the home. "It's unfinished." Cicero snapped, sitting carefully on a beige coloured couch, "how dare you send me an unfinished script?"

Senators, clad in the distinguished garb befitting their positions, filed into the grand chamber, their faces etched with a spectrum of emotions that mirrored the complexity of Rome's relationship with the fallen Athenian statesman. Lucius Cassius, a seasoned senator with a penchant for stoicism, rose to address his colleagues. His voice, resonant with authority, cut through the silence that had enveloped the assembly. "Fellow senators," he began, "the news of Maximus's death has reached our ears, and Rome stands at a crossroads. We cannot ignore the impact of this event on our Republic and the intricate dance of diplomacy between Athens and Rome."

I tell him, dreading anything that would take me to his to his apartment in the city center. A lot of things happened between us there. Things that I still have explicit memories of. Memories I would love to extract from my head and dump far away from me. “I told Papa I’ll be home soon. So, I want to go home,” I add. If there is anything I’ve understood about Cicero, it is the fact that whenever he is happy, you can easily coax him into considering an option he would normally say no to. But to succeed with that, you have to be clear, precise, and very eloquent.
