The ruby ring on his finger caught the faint firelight. “You seemed possessed. But it appears you’ve resolved your internal crisis on your own. You’re calmer. That tells me the human is no longer in immediate danger from you.”

Lisanna started telling Cassandra everything she knew. “Those boys following them are Jet Crane, he is a warlock, Liam Wright, a werewolf from the West, and Oliver Hunt, a vampire. Jet currently ranked number 4 while Liam was 5, and Oliver was the second,” Lisanna said.
