Other family members smiled, offered light conversation, and for a moment, I allowed myself to think I might make it through the night without embarrassment. She sprung up from where she was seating with Raya. “Rose?” Raya called worriedly. “Rose, why are you crying?” Her mother asked in interest and curiosity. “Mother, Ray had broken up with me,” she told sobbing harder than before.

The string of fairy lights above them doesn't cast enough light to make out any details in the dark area. "This is so much better then being cooped up in the house don't you think?" Rosa asks taking in the full seen in front of her. I nod before tipping my cup back and finishing off the remaining contents. Rosa grabs my wrist again as a familiar melody invades her ears. "I love this song! Dance with me!" She squeeles as she drags me back to the living room nearly causing me to choke on my drink.

Ryan looked at the beautiful rose in Rose's hand. Ryan's words made everyone gasp, but Romeo's words dispelled the surprise. "Come on, this is your favorite song let's dance." Romeo can't wait to shake his body when The band plays Spanish pop music. "Come on, Daddy," Kenzie whined at Robert. "Daddy can't dance." Robert chuckled, refusing Kenzie. The little boy pouted, but his sadness faded when Ryan asked him to dance. "Doctor Robert, will you dance with me?" Rose was already standing with her right hand outstretched and her body bent as if the Prince had invited a Princess.
